Could be very inconsistent/hit or miss experiences depending when you choose to go. The hours were wrong on maps and said closed Saturday and Sunday, and closing at 3pm Monday & Friday. And 7pm on Tuesday-Thursdays. The phone number on maps will direct you to the neighboring restaurant "Firehouse"Usually decent service during the daytime before 2pm if the owner is inside. When the owner is not there service could be hit a miss I would not recommend coming after 2. Service is off.. would rather go to Fry the Coop or Parsons after 2Waited 21 mins for food hot honey chicken sandwich, fries, & shake. Ordered online hoping this could expedite process, but i saw people ordering and leaving before i received my order... as well as several uber eats picking up food. with no explanation as to why? I had to ask what could be taking my order so long and was told "I don't know, we have a lot of orders" from cashier and he walked off as i was talking to him. Which still does not explain watching people order and leaving with their food before me. Orders that were just received by kitchen able to exit long before I. A nice young woman in back told me that they just dropped something which was appreciated. As theres only 2 sandwiches to choose from, it was confusing but surely better than no explanation. Working in both fast food and sit down restaurants I understand being busy but not blatantly skipping over customers orders though.Everyone was serviced before I was able to leave. Even if busy, should at the least be able to provide some kind of reasoning as to why my order in particular could be taking longer. I was mostly treated as if I should not be there by male cashier. I did not order anything special as the only entree menu item is 2 chicken sandwiches and tenders. Male cashier in yellow hat at register was very unprofessional telling me we dont have salt, without even checking. Ive had salt for the fries last time i was here with owner. Please at least be sure before confidently telling me "we don't even carry salt". Worst customer service from the face of the business, the cashier, that ive had in recent memory.
