Needed to grab a quick breakfast and this spot was nearby so I headed over here. I found it pretty easily due to the number of cars parked outside of it in the early morning. Thankfully it wasn't busy when I walked in and I ordered an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It was ready in a few minutes and I was on my way.Plenty of cream cheese and the bagel itself was toasted and a good size. The cream cheese had large chunks of jalapeños in it, which was a nice surprise. They have a fairly big menu with egg sandwiches, hot sandwiches, burritos, pastries, and they also sell different types of meat, cream cheese, cheese, and salad by the pound. A bit pricey but probably comparable to other bagel shops. There was seating inside as well as outdoor seating that a group was using. Glad this was a fast option and I'd come back another time to try other items.

Hot Bagel has been one of my favorite breakfast go-tos for quite some time. Their breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Despite the place always being super crowded, the quality of the food and the lively atmosphere make it all worthwhile.However, I've had a few issues with my recent visits. The young man working the counter really needs to slow down and pay closer attention to what the customers are saying. Unfortunately, he has been getting my orders wrong. For example, I've ordered an egg, cheese, and ham sandwich, but when I got home, it was missing the ham. Additionally, on a separate occasion, he only gave me one breakfast sandwich when I had ordered two.The ambience of Hot Bagel is warm and inviting, which is part of why I keep coming back. I hope these order issues are just temporary and get resolved soon. I really love this place and I still highly recommend Hot Bagel for their tasty breakfast sandwiches, but a bit more attention to detail would make the experience perfect.

I have had it with Hot Bagels and Coffee on Happy Valley and 67th Ave. I go in at 12:30 and ask for plain bagel with egg and ham. Asked for Coffee, they said we are out and it's too late to make fresh pot. They don't close till 3 pm. What a lazy fricken crew. Must be making too much money. Good by.

Hot Bagels & Deli has NY style bagels and a NY style attitude. I came in for a quick in n out bite. Unfortunately I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes without acknowledgment. I nearly walked out but the egg bagels looked so good. The store reminded me of home in NY- old looking but fresh smelling. The bagel itself was one of the best I've had in AZ. It was not hot though , and I didn't want it toasted because a fresh bagel does not need to be toasted (obviously). I ordered an egg bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was expensive , nearly $5 and 3% was added because I used a credit card which is annoying. It's becoming a paperless world - drop the fee and just increase the price! Delicious bagel but not sure I'd come back.

Very tasty bagels. Big, soft and flavorful. Just what a bagel should be. New York style as I remember. This is a small shop that almost always has folks inside, either waiting on an order or enjoying something from the menu. You can pick up bagels in a good variety of flavors as well as have them concoct something in a sandwich form with various ingredients. Toasted or not, with a nice choice of creme cheeses to suit your taste. Other menu options are available including regular sandwiches, hot sandwiches, breakfast burritos, gyros, etc. And bagel dogs! Hot dog wrapped in a bagel. Amazing. Just that alone is worth a visit. There is also a small, decent selection of coffee as well, all either to-go or to enjoy there. Service is relatively decent if somewhat no-nonsense. Usually the staff is friendly but sometimes also noncommittal. It just depends. And, to me, it doesn't matter so much since I'm usually in and out and just want my order in a timely manner, which I generally get. I think the prices are reasonable given that the portion sizes for the bagel sandwiches, which I usually get, are pretty generous in my opinion. If you're looking for a good quality bagel in whatever form then this should be a spot you check out.

Great selection of bagels. Usually get lox. Have tried other sandwiches on bagels and different breads and have yet to be disappointed. Service is quick and friendly. They remember regulars to the extent of there is a line you may find your order ready for you when you are up to place your order.

I enjoy food from two of their locations the one at 59th Ave & Behrend & the one at Carefree HWY & the I-17. Both locations are small with limited seating but usually we can get a table as most people grab their food and go. My favorite meal is the Cheeseburger on Sourdough bread. My daughter loves their chocolate filled croissants and their bagel dogs. They always have plenty of fresh bagels too, I usually go for the blueberry bagel if I am enjoying breakfast.

I usually go to the one on carefree but this was close and convenient. They gave me the smallest burrito, for 10$ is like what is this? lol not getting their food anymore just keep going to the OG one. They barely put anything in it, it's mainly a tortilla...
