The breakfast burritos are HUGE and delicious! Highly recommend adding the potatoes inside. Service was great. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Food is cooked to order and still quick! Just a quaint spot in a shopping center but shop is clean and bright and has plenty seating for eating in. 10% military discount is offered which is always appreciated.

Such a great stop. We came early for some breakfast bagels and they did not disappoint. I opted for an everything bagel with hang egg and cheese. Everything oh was cooked perfectly and it was so good. Service was wonderful and very kind. Prices are great. The location has both inside and outside seating if you'd like to stay and eat. It is clean and plenty of great morning sunshine coming in from the windows.

Always prompt friendly service & good food for your dollar in a clean & welcoming environment. Whether you're on the go or have the time to sit & eat Hot Bagels is the spot!

Outstanding breakfast! I went for the breakfast burrito and my dad went for the lox bagel. Both of us said we'd be back to eat here again! Definitely want to come back and try their lunch foods too like a Reuben!

I want to gatekeep this place so bad but I can't do it to them. This place is reasonably priced and so freakin good! It seems everything is fresh! I've seen them in the back peeling the potatoes for the breakfast. Their burritos??? The bacon is my favorite and it's sooooo good. Their bagels are freakin delicious. My boyfriend and I are hooked! Their crumb cake is amazing too! Their different flavored cream cheese are just wow. Einstein's could NEVER. This will forever be a favorite of mine. Love their versatility too with their menu!

I come here all the time and always had a wonderful experience. The food is always cooked to my liking. Except today, I had an awful experience. I ordered 2 breakfast platters to go for my kids because they love the food here. I didn't check my order because I never had any issues in tbe past. But today that wasn't the case. Our meals were horrible. The toast was soaky, potatoes were undercooked, and the bacon wasn't even eatable. I took the meals back and the employee explained to me that there is sign stating to check your meal prior to leaving. I appoligized and stated I've never had issues in the past so I did not check.My order was remade I checked my meals prior to leaving and noticed that my eggs weren't scrambled. One was an omlet the other over easy. I pointed this out to the employee. He said they are scrambled . He told me to watch him as he scrambled the egg in the bowl and made it into an omlet. I asked if they scramble the eggs os the grill as it is cooking. The staff nember said, "Thats how I make them them everyone" I have gone to Hot Begales and Deli often but will not be returning. I understand the policy about checking meals, and even understand that each cook prepares food differently, what I dont appreciate is rude and condescending responses.

I'm from the east coast & have been eating bagels since birth Hot bagels is the best available I've found in far west valley. The bite and chew is good the flavor is decent. The cook is a little inconsistent as some are well done some are soft. The only issue I wish this store would do is put more toppings on. Sometimes there is hardly anything on them. Add me to the list of people who had a VERY unpleasant experience with the RUDE woman who answers the phone!!I placed an order for a bakers dozen bagels and sides of cream cheese via DoorDash this morning.What I got was a bag with no receipt or name on it, with the WRONG order (one bagel and a breakfast burrito).Needless to say, I reached out immediately to my Dasher, who said that she gave the bagel store my name and that's the bag they gave her. She stated that she would call the restaurant and that they would need to call DoorDash to have a driver bring me my correct order. Then, I called the bagel shop. A man answered, and I explained nicely what occurred. The RUDE woman near the phone could hear him, and began SHOUTING at me even though she didn't have the phone in her hand!!She INSISTED that I needed to call DoorDash to get it redelivered. She also insisted that it was the Dashers mistake not theirs. I explained to the man who still was talking to me that the bag had no name on it and no receipt attached, so they were the ones who gave the driver the wrong bag.The woman in the background again YELLED that they wouldn't be calling DoorDash!THEY THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!The dasher texted me to tell me that the store wouldn't answer the phone!!I had to contact DoorDash for a refund, and I ordered bagels from a different business!In the future I will stick to my favorite and superior bagel shop, Oasis Bagels in Estrella mountain community!These RUDE and unprofessional owners will find themselves out of business with all the reviews stating that customers are finding HAIR in their food, and are RUDE quite regularly!!

I love this place! I've been coming here since 2021 and the bagels are amazing. My whole family loves it and the employees are always so friendly!
