Really love this place for my Asian fusion fix. The food is delicious and the atmosphere they created is a great place to take family and friends. This is especially true if you want to sit outside on the beautiful patio. I prefer ordering from the Robata Grill section of the menu and trying different items. It is great for trying new food items and getting as adventurous as you please.I really enjoy the Yellowtail Collar. It is a limited item, so be sure to get your hands on some before they run out. It is a delicious fish dish that is cooked to perfection at this location. The flavor is out of this world. The H.F.C. is delicious as well. They are very tender fried chicken nuggets. The breading is seasoned well and the sweet chili sauce is a great compliment. My wife loves the Bluefin Poke bowl.They are a brewpub as well, so they have a nice collection of house beers and other alcoholic beverages. The service was attentive and very helpful in offering menu items for others who had not been to Hopstix before. I will be back soon for another great dining experience!

Wonderful local bar that serves up tasty in house beers! The folks who make the beers know what they're doing in creating balanced flavors that pair well with the dishes they offer.Everyone is friendly and attentive to service all customers. Perfect place to enjoy beers and apps any season with their rotating drink menu and tasty food

I love this place because it combines my two favorites. Asian food and fresh brews. Gotta love that!

One of my favorite semi casual fusion spots. Ambiance is always fun, a good mix of younger and older crowds. This place gets packed on the weekends and after work hours. The raw fish is never fishy and I love coming for their Tuna Thursdays for that exact reason. Creative fusion dishes that aren't just creative for the heck of it - actually taste good. Must gets for me are always the pork belly yakitori, the collar yakitori (it sells out quick), and the hamachi. The yakitori is smoky and juicy every time. Great for date night or happy hour bites, I'm a regular and will continue to be.

I really thought this place was in the middle of nowhere, lol. It's definitely a unique place. We ordered an appetizer that didn't make the photo because it was THAT GOOD. We ordered Calamari and it was very good, the sauce was perfect and it wasn't chewy. The beer was great and the service was as well. The ambiance was great, not really loud but crowded. A unique brewery setting but still good.

Always a great experience at HopStix. Today was one of the best due to our awesome waiter David. Went there for lunch with the team. Even though the weather is sad HopStix was still hopping. Stuck with water this time but In past visits I've had their beer. The long time no see is a favorite. We all shared an order of dumplings and got our rolls. I ordered the Kamikaze roll and it was super delish! HopStix is such cool concept. It is an Asian Brewpub. If you have never checked it out, I'd suggest going!

Beautiful space with outdoor seating, we sat at the room in the back which is a great place to have a party or event! They serve a variety of beers but I only tried the Forbidden Juice - a kettle sour with passion fruit, guava, and cara cara orange 8/10 - tasty, refreshing sourMy sister got the Soto Curry with Tofu - 4/10 was kind of watery and lacking richnessI got the Tuna Sambal Matah - a tuna rice bowl with a nice crunch of leafy veggies - 6.5/10 Appetizers Tuna Nachos - 9/10 crunchy yummy tacos with fresh tuna pieces (uncooked) very fun and delish fusionCalamari - 7/10 crispy fried calamari, easy shareable to order Service was wonderful and attentive. I would come back to try their beers and other foods.

Cool spot, have been meaning to try this place for awhile! Basically Asian fusion cuisine meets brewery! Parking can be a PITA but well worth the walk. It's a tight squeeze in their main lot so I'd go to one of the others. Decent space indoors and a nice outdoor area.I ordered two flights and really like the variety here. The Thai spaghetti with tofu was really good and was not expecting that to go so well with the beer. The Identity Crisis beer was pretty close to a Budweiser/coors light mix, and enjoyable. My fav was the Wit Jammin. No complaints on this trip! Love when a brewery serves up great food and has a good variety of decent tasting beer. Apparently the word is out bc this place was pretty busy for a Friday lunch!

So the basal fried rice is look good I have to go ahead and spend the block on it. It was still solid the second time around. Ended up getting the burger as well. It kind of sucks that the burger doesn't come with anything, no french fries call me after order that separately off the appetizing menu. But the burger was still good though! It was pre-shaped but it came out super flavorful. Like it didn't need any catch up or may or anything like that on it.Okay for lunch time and it was pretty cool, that was really nobody there, so I got immediate attention. I actually noticed a music was playing in the background, so at least I have something going for setting the ambience of it. Usually I guess I can't hear it because if you come at night time it should be too loud lol. But this is still going to be a spot for me, I'll still support it.

The food is delicious, me and my friends are always visiting Hopstix. The food is always fresh and the selection of beer is fantastic! The Asian Fusion really peaks my interest as there aren't very many places like it near by.
