We've always had nice greeters and servers. They have a good variety of food and drinks on their menus, good happy hour deals. It can get loud due to the openness of the restaurant. The bar area might be bigger than the family area. Very spacious with booths and comfy bar stools. They have a nice patio if you don't mind being near the busy street noise. They are very proud of their ice cold drinks, as they should be. The ice cups are fun! Delicious brunch!

This is a good Hops n Drops location. They have good service, great drinks and good food. They serve unique drinks that we really enjoyed. We ordered a Peach Long Island Ice Tea and a White Gummy Bear cocktail, both drinks were delicious. The food was good, especially the smoked rib tips and potato chips nachos.

Their food is terrible! The cjicken fried steak tasted like wood. The server sucked as well and not in a good way. My wife and I wasted our money! Save yours and stay away.

I had driven past various Hops n Drops locations in the past, but this was my first time visiting! It was lively and we got seated immediately. It was slightly disappointing that they didn't have any ice cups... so our drops were served in regular glassware. But they were delicious just the same!!We were there for happy hour. Everything was amazing, I got the queso. Delicious!! So warm, cheesy, and filling!

Really gone downhill. We used to absolutely love and highly recommend this place, but the service, food and atmosphere has seriously gone downhill in the last year. Their beer is consistently flat, regardless of your choice. The food was left in the fryer until it was dark, overcooked and so greasy. No one took our order for 10 minutes and it took another 10 to get our drinks when the place was dead. The last time we were here, no one came to take our order for over 15 minutes, so we left. It's really a shame.

Review on Recent Breakfast Experience at Hops n Drops - Smokey Point It was a swing and a miss, I must admit. IHop was swamped, so I thought I'd give your place a shot. Sadly, this was a fuck up on my side. Crew was decent and friendly, but the wait time was ridiculously long. Took me a good 45 friggin' minutes to get served. And when the food finally arrived, it was a joke. Looked like it just got swept off the slaughterhouse floor - basically still mooing Honestly, if your meal was a movie, it would tank faster than a B-grade horror flick. And that's me being nice.Long story short, not a chance in hell I'm recommending your joint or making a second appearance.

For a chain restaurant, the quality of food is really good. Everything was cooked to order and had so much flavor. It comes off as a burger place, but they have so many other things to offer. The menu is very... creative. The inside is nice and kept clean. The service I had was great. I had never been before, so the waiter gave me his favorites and popular items on the menu and really helped navigate the menu. I'm definitely going back. There's so much to try.

Looking for great casual fast? Well look no further hops and drops is great! Pretty great menu, too. lots of choices. Supernice people to help you and a nice casual, laid-back atmosphere, give it a try.I had the triple Spicy Chicken Sandwich and some Hawaiian Sriracha shrimp. Great stuff.The ice drop drinks were very cool haha pun intended. I got a lemon Chella frothy. And? The Siberian mule with huckleberry flavoring yum.

Eaten there many times. Maybe today was just a bad day.Appetizer: mozzarella cheese sticks. Cold in the middle. Sent back.Entree #1: wrong side brought out. Sent back.Entree #2: Breaded Halibut was watery and underdone. Breading was well under. Fresh Mini Donuts: also undercooked. Tasted like they'd been fried in the same oil as the halibut. Too bad.
