Found this place by accident. The parking lot can be a little bit confusing because we weren't sure if we had to pay to park. Their brunch menu was incredible. The food was very fresh and delicious. This is the type of place that you want to go back to so that you can try everything on the menu. I was intrigued by the 'go fetch your own coffee' at first; however, it was sort of a Wawa meets sit down restaurant with all of the options. The brand of coffee that they use was some of the best flavored coffees that I've come across. There might be a negative in the serve yourself model; however, you're not waiting for the pot to come around, and you can go see what the other dishes are on the menu and think about when you're going back to try those items. The service was fantastic as I asked our server to pick between three options. I went with her surprise choice after she went away from my options, and I was not disappointed, other than when I had finished because it was so good.

First time here. The place was super spacious and they sat us very quickly. The service was good considering we had a party of 8 for breakfast. The food came out fast again considering we were a party of 8. They had a lot to choose from which is good. They had a decent variety of coffees to choose from. Would consider coming and trying something else on their huge variety menu.

Decent at bestWe arrived and was able to park easily. There's a sign outside that says wait to be seated but we realized that is for outdoor seating.I love the option of sitting outside or inside. We walked in and was surprised to see this place is similar to a diner or cafe rather than the restaurant vibe we were expecting,I was happy to hear music playingThe host was our server and busboyHe was very kind and laidbackThe mimosa options were everything!!We tried the beach bum, Hawaiian, and another I forgot the name but all were very delicious!!!if they had a bottomless mimosa offer I would totally return but the food left me disappointedMy daughter is a picky eater so having grilled cheese, pancakes and French toast isn't enough variety for herMy mother enjoyed her spinach mushroom and artichoke omelette I ordered the breakfast quesadilla and did not enjoy itThere was too much pico de Gallo and guacamole for me But I did Love how big the entrees were We took our food to-go after trying itI would return if they offered a larger variety menu but I was having a hard time to choosing what I wanted and didn't even enjoy it enough to want come back.Im happy we experienced it music and welcoming staff was great but that was it- decent at best I could totally see this space being a great happy hour spot if they had drink specials and appetizers but...againdecent brunch option if you aren't picky and enjoy a friendly neigborhood vibe

Came back for lunch today and brought my family this time. Making a reservation online was easy and when I needed to adjust the time, the employee who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. Our server was Antonio and he was fantastic! He went above and beyond for our larger group and was so patient as we were visiting with each other and took a little longer to decide what to order. We ordered a variety of things and all of them came out hot and delicious: BLT sandwich, steak Benedict, stuffed French toast, bagel sandwich, and apple cinnamon pancakes. My niece ordered an Iced Ube Latte and I ordered an Iced Chai Latte and both were really great, flavorful and the perfect amount of sweetness. It wasn't super busy on a Tuesday afternoon and they played a great selection of music! This will definitely be a regular spot for my family.

It's an okay spot for brunch but there are a few issues that should be addressed.First off, the self-serve coffee. It's a cool idea to have diners refill their own coffee cups from the lever pots. And it's nice to see multiple flavor options. But when the pots run out, that's it. They don't attempt to refill them even after you bring it to their attention. So, it's annoying when you go to refill your cup and wait, only to give up and wonder if it's worth the expenditure. The other thing is the eggs benedict. Just take a look at my last photo. The eggs are fully cooked, the yolk solid. It doesn't make a very pleasant dish.So again, an okay brunch spot as long as you avoid their issues with major brunch staples like coffee and eggs.

I came looking for a chill, local vibe, where I could have good food from a solid (yet inventive) menu. I think I found that. I love the local art , from Escondido Arts that adorn the walls by the coffee bar. The coffee bar is plentiful, fresh and clean! I appreciate that I can choose the flavor(s) I want and the variety of creamer or milk substitutes. The coffee bar also hosts tea. Super import to note that. However, don't skip over beautiful signature coffees like the Hawaiian Latte... or the Ube Latte... One note, I did not see how to self make a cold drink. I read the menu at home. What got me into the car, and to the restaurant was the pineapple mango upside down pancake, cuz I have not seen that on a menu and it sounded delicious!!Notes to the wise,if you are a part of *5* or more, you can make a reservation online. Also. Parking here can be, well very "downtown-esque". Spots are narrow and on a hill. So, have your best driver drive, or pack your parking angel. Yes caution is all I am sayin.I was expecting a small little cafe, that is indeed not what this isA good size patio. A kitchen in the middle. And two dinning areas in ether side. And a smoothie/coffee/liqueur bar on one side. I was immediately greeted and sat. Given a proper amount of time to review the significant menu. I ordered a side of scrambled eggs (with cheese), and that mango pineapple upside down pancake. It took a few minutes to come out, which was no concern to me. What was a wee concerning, was the temperature difference of the items when they popped out. My pancakes pippppppung hot, my eggs a wee warm to chill. You could tell they had been warm at one point, the cheese had mostly melted, then they were likely placed on the salamander or "warm" oven to wait for the rest of my order. Was it eatable, yes. Could it be better yes. Does it indicate a lack of communication in the kitchen--- yes. It would have been a five star review. This knocked off 1.5 stars. The waiter checked in on me an appropriate amount of times. As a person with a brain injury, the music was loud (for me) and the kitchen was loud (for me), I popped in EarPods and that fixed it for the most part. But, quiet and quaint is not this spot.I did see a few safety concerns, which is the other -.5 star. Chefs walking around, carrying boxes in and out of the freezer whilst carrying knives at the same time. Like 9 inch chef knives. Just concerning when you think about hygiene and such. I also had the vision of him slipping and the knife becoming impaled. So. Kitchen staff comms and safety may need a brief up. I'd recommend it. Ish.

Came here for brunch on Sunday with a party of 2. It was busy but we put our name down with the host and ended up only waiting about 15min. There was a bottomless self-serve coffee station for $4 that was nice to use while we were waiting. We were seated at the bar. The menu has a wide variety of options, it was hard to choose! We ended up getting the breakfast quesadilla and lox and bagel, both with a side of crispy hash browns. I also got the orange juice, which was nice and refreshing. Both dishes were pretty good. The quesadilla was my favorite of the two, especially with their salsa. The bagel itself was a little tough but overall still good. Our server was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Hoorah. Good food, friendly staff and a great spot for breakfast and brunch.

My family and I have noticed this new restaurant for the past year, so we finally decided to try it. Ambience: it was cold and very dim inside, not the best lighting for a breakfast/brunch spot. We sat outside in the nice sun and enjoyed our seating. Service: I didn't catch our server's name but he provided good service for the most part. He did forget a substitution but it wasn't the end of the world. Food: everything was very good and very large portions and definitely on the pricey side. My only feedback for the food and menu: we ordered an item off the menu to go. It was the chicken fried steak with white gravy. It doesn't state on the menu that the gravy had pork in it. We were really disappointment by the misleading information especially since we don't eat any pork products at all. I would advise making the menu clear of all meat products in your food so that people can make an informed decision. Overall we would come back since we enjoyed the three foods we got while dining in.

The service was incredibly slow at 11 am on a Thursday. We didn't get out food until 1.30pm. The server apologized repeatedly, but there was no compensation for this incredibly long delay. They were busy for a while, and you could see it on everyone's faces in the restaurant (patrons on staff both). I was thankful for the self-serve coffee bar. Without it, we would've been really hangry. I had the salmon Benedict with salad, and it was fine but not great. The lox seemed a little old, and the hollandaise was lumpy and needed salt. They also forgot to bring it's salad dressing. This place gets a lot of incredibly positive reviews, but I think it's overrated. We ordered 4 different entrees and none of us really liked our food. It was pretty standard diner fare. It's not bad, but it's overrated.

We went twice. The food is wonderful. We ordered the teriyaki chicken rice and three eggs omelette. We love that they use all whole food and fresh ingredients. We would love to thank Madi for her professional, friendly and efficient service. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Madi because she helped me to find my lost bag as I forgot to take my handbag when I left. Her honesty and integrity makes me go back again! Thank you again Madi!
