S/out to my cooworker for putting me on this spot. French pastry with fire pan au chocolates, little too set almond croissant, and great ricotta danish. They sell out pretty dam fast so go close to opening openings or feel as disappointed like when she didn't get you that ps5 on Christmas

How was this my first time stopping at Honore?! I randomly stopped here to get an afternoon matcha latte and didn't realize what I was missing this whole time! (Also I was apparently very lucky to only have three people in line in front of me. My friend said there's sometimes a line out onto the street!)Honore is cute, quaint, and cozy. The walls are lined with art and trinkets and handwritten chalkboard signs. The shelves filled with bread, pastries (and empty platters since I missed out on the morning goodies) and grab and go items. My matcha latte was made perfectly, and I was persuaded to buy the pumpkin bread pudding by a kind human in front of me. I'm sad I missed out on the fresh baked bread, but now that I know Honore exists, you bet I'll be back again!

I'm a huge fan of pastries, and sometimes travel great distance to seek them out. When I read the reviews about this place selling out at 10AM on weekends, I had to check it out. I called around noon on a Friday to make sure there are still pastries left, and was informed by a very nice lady that indeed there are because Friday is their slow day. Here are my favorites: #1 Marionberry tart. I'm not a tart person (don't like baked fruit), which means I don't usually enjoy tarts. The crust of this tart is seriously life-changing, well, at least mood-changing. It's thin, buttery and crunchy. The sugar crystals around the edge adds another layer of texture. I would highly recommend getting at least 1 tart to try!#2 Pumpkin bread pudding - it's huge, as in I shared with another person and had it for 2 days. But I enjoyed every bite. It's custardy from the pumpkin puree, and the walnuts really gave it texture. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed bread pudding this much.#3 Sticky bun - you can't go wrong with sticky bun. The bottom has almost a caramel shell, baked to perfection. My only complain is that it's way too small. I didn't love the lemon brioche nor the peanut butter cookie. With that said, I will definitely come back to try more, probably on another Friday.

Great pastries but check their hours - they're usually open Thursday through Sunday, but they start selling out of some pastries before 9am. I generally don't bother coming after 12 noon, unless I want a plain croissant or baguette.

I stopped by with a friend before heading off to a craft fair on Sunday. We got there around 10:15am and most of the pastries were already gone. It was pretty busy. Me and a friend tried a kouign amann, nutella brioche and a mixed fruit tart. By the time we got settled into one of the few seats, it seemed most of the pastries had sold out. I overheard that the kouign amann's come out at 10am so it seemed me and my friend had gotten lucky.Onto the goods! The kouign amann was yum. It's softer than most of the other takes of a kouign amann I've had in the area and is just as sweet. The brioche was a tad dry for my taste. It did have a lot of nutella though. The fruit tart was good and I have no complaints beyond the fact I probably didn't need a fruit tart in the morning after a pastry. So a self inflicted complaint rather than the bakery. Parking was easy behind the bakery and most people seemed to get their pastries to go.

If you're looking for good pastries in Seattle, this is your spot. The coffee and tea is good, but the baked goods are incredible. We got a parmesan & pesto croissant, a spinach & feta croissant, and a caramelized croissant and all were still warm and fresh out of the oven. There is limited seating and the bakery often sells out (a testament to how good it is!) so get here early.

I had the BEST experience at Honore today!! I live closer to another bakery down the road and actually went to that other bakery first. I went out for pastries at 8 am but they seemed like they didnt have all of their pastry stocked yet? Only half the case was filled versus how it is usually is when i get there at 10 am :/ And the vibes felt kinda off there so I decided today's the day to go up the road, i'm going to try Honore today instead!BEST DECISION, EVER! Not only did they have MOUNTAINS of pastry on display right at opening, the experience and ambience was exactly what you would hope for. The music was lively, the decor was quaint, the employees were delightful and actually seemed happy to be at work at 8 am. Best of all, HUGGGE almond croissant and DELISH pan au chocolat. I will be back to try more from the other mounds of pastry they had available :-)

Love all the pastries they have especially the savory ones. The only thing IDon't like is the limit on howMany you can buy. Since I'm from Vegas. IWanted to take some home back to Vegas but since it's limited I'm not able to.Still overall it is the best place to get pastries, breads and cakes. Can't wait to go back there this April.

Really busy and will quickly sell out of things on the weekends. The place has a traditional feel of a French bakery, from the interior to the presentation of the viennoiserie. Compared to other bakeries around town, I thought the croissant and kougin amann were pretty good. Deliciously buttery, a heavier style and not the ultra air-cushioned lattices of darkly baked croissants that's all the trend of many bakeries these days. The coffee was decent and service felt a little rushed and a bit commanding, but if the croissant style and a mom and pop feel style French bakery is your thing, I'd definitely recommend.
