It almost seems like a sin to post a review about Zuke's on Yelp, given that this is more of a magic guild rather than a store, though I justify posting the first review here based on the fact that the following bigger websites have their own reviews that mean more than my humble two cents. This is one amazing little shop with store hours only on Saturday and packed with wonderful magicians, eager to teach and do not pressure you into spending a dime. Given that the feeling of this place is moreover a guild rather than a store, it helps to know specifically what you are looking for or to accomplish when you walk through the doors. Everything seems reasonably priced compared to online prices. You can find yourself engaged for hours, and lose track of your entire Saturday. This is one of my favorite stores in Oahu.http://travel.nytimes.com/travel/guides/north-america/united-states/hawaii/honolulu-and-oahu/35477/zukes-magic-jokes/shopping-detail.htmlhttp://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/2007/Mar/04/il/FP703040329.html

Awesome place to bring your kid on a weekend to look for magic tricks. The guys here are skilled magicians and will perform the tricks for you. They'll help you choose magic tricks for your skill level. High quality magic tricks too! Not cheap crap you had in those boxes of magic tricks as a kid. They sell some good stuff! Thanks for doing what you do!The only bummer is the lack of street parking and their very specific hours of operation. But well worth the trip.

If you've stumbled upon this review for Zuke's...either by chance or recommendation...know one thing. Consider yourself to be one of the select few...who even know that this magic store even exists! They say that knowledge is useless unless put in action...so...do yourself a favor and check this place out before it magically vanishes into thin air! If you are a visiting magician...know a magician, or just plain love the art of magic...this mysterious Mom and Pop magic shop will open your eyes to the wonders of the magical arts of the islands. Finding the store may prove to be somewhat of a challenge...so I would advise either using Google maps or calling Uncle Zukemura himself at the shop (808) 847-7788Like the first review stated, Zuke's is only open on Saturdays between the hours of (remember this is a Mom and Pop operation...so what time the store actually opens and/or closes is left up to the owners...call beforehand to see if anyone is there first) 11am-4pm.Now, this review might be a little biased since I happen to be a local magician here on Oahu...but let me tell you this...I love Zuke's. In this day and age of "online" everything...to find a real brick and mortar magic shop that you can actually go into and have magic demonstrated for you...right before your very eyes...is a wonderful and magical thing in and of itself. Stop on by and experience it for yourself...maybe buy some magic to help keep the shop alive. Aloha and keep the magic alive in the islands!

Ever heard of the Illuminati, Masons, The Skull and Bones? Well the island of Oahu has it's own secret society. I can't tell you much but I can tell you that if you want to experience a little bit of magic come to Zuke's (pronounced ZOO-keys). No pressure to buy anything. Hell, if you want you can just come and hang out, maybe learn the secret handshake or signals. Great place for kids to pick up a new hobby; great place for adults to pick up a new hobby. Overall if you happen to get the chance to visit, ask Bob or Dennis to show you...............

Great little magic shop on the island in Kalihi, a little hard to find but great to hang out there. Zuke is a great guy along with the Mrs. You always feel welcome there. I will go again when I visit the island!
