We had Yvonne Design flowers for our wedding in May 2015 at Disney Aulani. I would rate Yvonne up there with Karen Tran. I had no clue how much flowers and labor would cost. I came in with her minimum budget of $2500 for floral and decor, and ended up finalizing on $4860. It was worth every penny and I loved my chuppah! My father said Yvonne's work was more beautiful than the floral at my brother's wedding on the mainland. Two years later, the flowers from my ceremony still look breathtaking in pictures.Tips on saving money:1) Repurpose floral from the ceremony chuppah to the reception.2) Requesting feminine instead of masculine leis, for the groomsmen, will save $30 per lei.3) Purchase your own flower girl's basket from Michael's for $7 - $10.4) Make sure the flowers in the bride's custom bouquet are the exact flower type used in the ceremony and reception. Flowers purchased in bulk will save $50 on the custom bouquet, including the Disney Aulani subsidy.

I had poor experience contacting them for a quote for my wedding next year. We filled out their contact form and emailed them our ideas and pictures that we like. Instead of giving us a quote (what we requested), they were basically saying that our budget is too low ($2000) for a quote from them. If they do not want to serve people with budget under certain amount, they should say that on their website!!Looks like they are not the florists who can work with couples with a budget. Simply avoid them to save yourself some time.

Yvonne was recommended to us by our wedding planner. Her work is elegant, creative, and fun, and best of all I barely had to make any decisions. She collaborated with our planner based on some pictures I sent as examples of types of flowers I liked, our color combination, and our budget. Just as I had hoped without having to utter a word about it, they used it as a starting point for inspiration rather than just copying it.The results were completely unique arrangements and decor. I LOVED EVERYTHING! It was like Christmas morning showing up to my wedding seeing it all for the first time. Her collaboration with the planner resulted in so much more than I could have ever expected given our limited budget but she made it work.

I was working with Ally throughout the year and she was incredible!! I had qualms about planning our Hawaii wedding from California, and was afraid communication would be difficult. I also worried that because our wedding was so small and intimate that we possibly wouldn't get the same kind of attention a large and extravagant wedding would get. On the contrary, of all our vendors, Yvonne Design was the most prompt and professional to deal with. Ally responded to all my emails almost immediately and was super friendly and easygoing. On the day of, I was so happy at how beautiful and perfect everything was!! Thank you Ally and Yvonne Design for the awesome job you did for our wedding!! You were part of making my wedding day perfect, and I'll always remember that!!Thank you!!!!!!

ahhhhhh!! i cannot say enough about the amazing yvonne, alex at mood and everyone on her staff. yvonne designed my wedding in napa earlier this month and i must say, it was the wedding that i didn't even dare dream about. every last detail was considered-- things that i didn't even think about, she and her wonderful staff had covered; and if by chance i did think of something, it was already done. i live in england, so planning a wedding from 6000 miles away was a challenge in and of itself. their being 3000 miles away didn't phase them at all-- they were in constant communication with me, the property and the onsite coordinator to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. they even went above and beyond, stepping in with the property when i couldn't meet with them because of time zones. starting with very little information from me aside from a color palette, she transformed it into an event to remember. from a custom-built escort card holder (thanks, alex!), custom wine cork place card holders, a gourmet candy bar and the most incredible flower arrangements, every guest has commented on how beautiful everything was and how every detail was so "me." yvonne took all the random things that i loved and made my wedding wonderfully personal, intimate, beautiful and unforgettable.

Want to thank Yvonne Design for the lighting and floral arrangements for our wedding. They gave us what we wanted that matched our budget. There is a reason they can be hard to get in touch with...............they are the best and they are out giving there best every week to their clients and we knew that when our week came, we would get all the attention, and we did. Go with Yvonne and you will not be dissapointed!

Having very high standards and planning my destination wedding from Michigan, I was nervous how everything would turn out since I had never met her or had the chance to see her work first hand. But, wow, we were BLOWN AWAY. Yvonne Designs is part of the "Dream Team" of vendors you could hope to plan your wedding & I was lucky enough for her to design mine! Yvonne and her team were above and beyond talented and great to work with! Their attention to detail is just what you want for your wedding or event and she has the ability to execute what you envision, which I think is truly rare.
