A delicious experience! We had a special event at work and all employees got to choose a combo plate. I pre-ordered bbq chicken & Shanghai lumpia. The plate included pansit, rice, dipping sauce and 1/2 of a calamansi! Everything was well seasoned. The chicken was boneless thighs, very flavorful and succulent. The lumpia was crispy & hot and loaded! So much yum.The ordering system worked perfectly and the lady was super nice. All of my coworkers were talking about how good the pork adobo and guisantes was. They said they are usually at Bellows Beach Park. I know what I'm getting next time I'm over there!

Lunch in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii...While driving along Alaloa Street, passing Windward Mall, I noticed a food truck with a lot of people around it. Thinking that there must be Good Grindz there, I made a U-turn and parked behind the truck. YumYum TumTum is usually in Waimanalo (by Bellows), but on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, they're across from The Plaza at Kaneohe. Service is excellent. The two workers in the truck are very personable with the "aunties and uncles". They inform each customer about the ten to twelve minute wait-time since each order is made fresh!Because the Pancit was sold out (and the banana lumpia), I ordered the Garlic Rib Eye Steak... whoa... Da buggah was Beeg!!! I couldn't finish it! Made with the "secret special rub", the Garlic chips and onions were Broke da Mouth! The meat was tender and juicy! I enjoyed the koge edges of charred fat! Mmm!I should have ordered the BBQ chicken skewers, too... and the halohalo... welll... I'll just have to return...And go earlier before the Pancit runs out!!!

Happened upon this food truck in front of Windward Mall. I am a sucker for Pancit and have Pancit Bihon cravings and unfortunately, Kaneohe is lacking in Philipino restaurants. I ordered 7 piece pork lumpia and their Pancit Bihon. I also took a container of their spicy peanuts. The pancit bihon is exactly what I would expected from a food truck. Not the best, and not the worst that I have had. It was flavorful and the vegetables and cabbage were not cooked to death. However, the noodles are chopped too small. Chopping the noodles smaller makes mixing easier, but makes it harder to eat. The pork lumpia was also something I would expect from a food truck. There were parts that were crispy burnt and that just added to the charm and enjoyment of their lumpia. They provided a sweet chili dipping sauce which was tasty and left a little mouth tingle from the chili. I enjoy garlic vinegar sauce to pour over my pancit and also use it for dipping lumpia in as well. I asked if they had the garlic vinegar sauce and they did, which for me is a bonus and shows they are a little more authentic. When I got home to eat, I was also happy to see they included some calamansi which again is a bonus and shows they are a little more authentic. I did pick a few of my own calamansi from my tree to add a bit more citrus bling. The unexpected surprise was the container of toasted peanuts and dehydrated peas. It was much more tasty than I expected. Nice seasoning and great spice blend. Food service was very fast and friendly. Ambiance is nothing special as it is a food truck.

Had them the first time at Koolau Sunset Market this weekend and now it will have to be our regular visit when the market comes around! We got a variety: BBQ Chicken plate, pork sticks, lumpia with pancit and Halo Halo. All delicious. So rare we like all the dishes! Happy to find them!

I am very picky when it comes to Filipino food. So, when I say, I enjoy this food truck, it is saying a lot! Their pancit is my favorite, as well as their pork guisantes and dinadaran. It's convenient for me when they park at my workplace. They're iced coffee is a great picker upper in the afternoon. Oh, and the salted nuts goes great with a pau hana beer!
