This place serves good food, but they have done a poor job with their signage during the pandemic. Their large signs direct you to go in different directions and they leave openings for customers to access non customer areas. They need to remove their large signs to avoid confusion. A male employee asked if he could help me. I couldn't hear him too well because he was talking through his mask, so I had to move closer. While he stood under the Order Here sign, I was harshly scolded by him when he said I couldn't come to that side of the line.

The Lau Lau is one of the best in my opinion. My dad used to love it and always asked me to pick up one when I'm in the area.
