Craved for some type of milk tea after dinner. Cordial greetings exchanged between the ladies and myself. I inquired, "Which milk teas are popular?" One of the workers pointed to the pictures on the menu and recommended a few to the right. Inquired with two workers, "Which types of milk are offered?" They have whole milk and organic oat milk. One of the workers offered level of sweetness in beverage. Opted for Pearl Black Tea Latte w/ Organic Oat Milk, Large w/ 50 % sweetness. Organic oat milk costs extra in cents. I could tell that the bobas/pearls were made fresh by chewiness and softness. Strong black tea balanced well with hints of sweetness from miniature bobas, sugar and oat milk. Both ladies thanked me as I exited. I also said. "Thank you." There's seating indoors for up to 7-8 people. Catchy wall art of teas. Free and limited parking situated on third floor. There's also tables and chairs outside for larger groups. Will return to try other tea flavors.

They have plenty of tea options to choose from, but my personal favorite were any of the Yakult teas! Not only did they help with probiotics but it also added a great flavor to the tea!- Miguel Morales Photography

Let me tell you why I love Yi Fang... they have wintermelon tea AND grass jelly!!!! There's not a lot of boba shops here that have both.I came here with my friend after eating at Debu. He ordered the same thing as me and I said to him, omg you like wintermelon tea with grass jelly?! He did not know what either of them tasted like but I applaud him for wanting to try it! He did ask what the grass jelly tasted like. Both myself and the guy working didn't really have a good explanation of it LOL! My friend said he liked the drink so that's all that matters!I definitely wanna come back and try their little egg pancakes! They look so good!!

I'm a huge fruit tea fan, and I like to try new places. I ordered the passion fruit green tea, peach green tea, and the yi fang fruit tea. They all came with stuff inside. The passion fruit green tea had the seeds in it. Which are very crunchy and hard to chew. I'm not sure why anyone would want that in a drink, but I wish they would at least disclose that it comes in it or ask if we want it or not.The peach green tea had canned peaches in it. Which weren't very pleasant. I definitely prefer nothing inside of my fruit teas, which is why I don't order any toppings. Again, wish that information was disclosed. The yi fan fruit tea, I assumed there would be fruit inside. The taste was not good. Heavy orange flavor and the random apple slices in the cup were just weird. I would not come again, and the drinks were all over $7 each. So many other places that have cheaper and better drinks.

One of my favorite places to grab a nice cold cup of fruit tea. I prefer this location compared to the previous. Parking is in the Azure structure. Take the elevator down and it's right next to Ireh. Finally got to try the mango pomelo sago drink that my sister recommended! Might be my new favorite! Oh, and can't forget the little boba cup shaped pancake snack with custard filling!Check em out!

Have been trying a bunch of fruit tea places and therefore, we stopped at this place to give it a try. This is one of two locations in Honolulu. We visited just before lunch and the place was deserted. Not sure when folks would think of having a tea.... Service was fast and efficient. The menu was clear and it was nice having a choice of sweetness and the amount of ice.I ordered a Lychee Fruit Tea with sago; came up to about 10 plus tip. The tea was authentic and the Lychee not over powering. There was even some lychee fruit in the mix. Yet if I wanted to pay about 11 in total for this type of drink, I think I'd like the popping lychee or lychee jelly with it. Not choices available at this store. The store was clean and there were a few seating spots to hang and more outside. Parking would be a problem though if you wanted to stop by like we did. There is some street parking but it fills quickly. In the end with how competitive this type of business is, I gave this spot only 3 stars because it's not easy to get to if u have a car, it doesn't have all the add on choices, and the price is on the higher side than others - like S7 Icy Bubble or Teapresso Bar.Regardless, if you want a more traditional experience, this is not a bad choice.

Iced Fruity Tea Boba drinks aren't really my thing. Because I'd rather EAT! No, Boba does not count.Though, from time to time, I don't mind these. But it needs to be hot, or if cold, I need a "less to no ice" option. Luckily at Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea, you have plenty of options! This place is located at the corner of Keeaumoku and Makaloa, at the ground floor of the newly completed Azure Ala Moana Condominiums. At first, you'd think there's no parking, but if you read Nadine C's review, you are able to park in the third level of the Azure parking lot. I'll definitely remember that! This tea shop is quite small, so it's not really a sit, sip, and enjoy type of place. There are a few bar seats and small tables on the sides. Perhaps too close for comfort? But it's quite clean. At the time we went, it was unusually warm inside. A welcomed option is the ability to scan a QR code from the outside, and order where you can take your time in deciphering the menu and choosing your options. We went with the Taro Latte with 30% sweetness. It was perfect! It was still sweet, and the Taro flavor really comes through. I can't imagine how sweet is 100%, or even beyond that (which is a choice!).You can wait outside, but you don't know when your drink is ready besides a (most likely generic) estimated time. We went in to check, and saw the guy mindlessly shaking a drink, which happened to be ours. Thanks for keeping it shaken!Overall, I thought it was pretty good, and better than another tea shop at Kaimuki. There's a good amount of choices of drinks and options, and the taste and flavor of our drink was good. Don't mind coming back to try more, especially knowing where to park.

In addition to my previous review (just more drinks I've tried before) :6. Double Shot Black Tea Latte (M) 70% sugar; regular ice. Such a refreshing drink. If you're feeling hot or simply in need of break from too much coffee consumption, this is a good option.7. Yakult with Pineapple Green Tea (L) 30% sugar and less ice (add more sugar level to at least 50% if you're more on the sweeter side.8. Roselle Lemon Tea (L) 30% Fixed sweetness. I love ordering this one when I don't feel so good. This drink removes your worries somehow! x]9. Caramel Pudding Black Tea Latte (L) 30% less ice (I'd do regular level sweetness next time with toppings of my own liking.)10. Earl Grey Tea Latte (M) 70% sweet light ice w/ pearl : Need to make it sweeter. Pearl needed more flavor and better texture at the time. Personally, this one is truly bottom of my list (the drinks above it are not in order of my preferences though)Quick remarks:I love their concept of sourcing ingredients from Taiwan, but make sure that the quality is always on point. Never leave out quality at all times and you'd be golden.Parking: It seems like a lot of people don't know where to park. I use google maps to search for Azure (condominium at ala moana) and when you get there, drive up the ramp which is just next to the lobby front. Once you get up that one ramp, you may park on that same level on spots that say "retail". You'll see them on the left side. To go back down, on the same side where you parked, there's an elevator or a door to take the stairs back to the first floor to take you to YiFang which is located between Debu and Ireh restaurants.Just trying to "yelp"!

Stopped by for a cold drink. I tried the Strawberry Latte with Sago. Fast efficient service. Smiling faces and answered my questions about sweetness level. Ordered the drink 1/2 sweet. Delicious. Sago is like mini tapioca pearls but less sweet. I also ordered chocolate with custard pancakes. The chocolate pancakes are sweet. The place is small and clean. A few tables and chairs are available inside of Yi Fang. No bathroom in the store.

Taiwan Fruit Tea offers a delightful alternative for those who might not be in the mood for boba or coffee. Conveniently located within an apartment building that provides free parking, this spot is also accessible for a quick street-side stop if you're lucky enough to snag a spot. The cleanliness of the restaurant immediately stands out, and the variety of drink options is impressive. While some staff members may not be fluent in English, which can make detailed conversations about drink preferences a bit challenging, their approach is friendly and they try their best to assist. The menu prominently displayed at the counter, along with recommended sweetness levels, helps streamline the ordering process.Overall, I'm really satisfied with the cleanliness, drink options, and setup at Taiwan Fruit Tea. It's a great place to grab a refreshing beverage, especially if you're looking for something different from the usual coffee or other options.
