Service is curt and prompt if you don't speak Chinese. Tell them what you want and how much. You can even point to the noodle on display. Know what you want otherwise they'll small kind judge you for wasting their time in line. Then hand over the money and you'll get the dough! Or in this case, noodles. The most amazing fresh Asian style noodles in different sizes. They also sell dumpling wrapper (wet and dry). They can be a bit challenging to spot in Chinatown but walk into the store entrance and you'll see a counter. Behind the counter are the hard working people bringing your noodles to life. Happy yelping and eating! Bring cash. They accept card but you must purchase over $10 for card. Just bring cash. Trust. Don't make things hard for yourself. Hahaha.

You can get all of your flour wrappers for wonton, gau gee, different type of noodles for soup or chow mein. This is a factory so walking in, you will even see a container with the types of noodles so you can just point and order. It is a very simple place with many of the working making all of these wonderful products. Its actually quite a cool experience to see them working and the process of the machines. Prices for these things are all very affordable and reasonable.

This small hole in the wall has the best noodle wrappers for anything you might need. I needed to make potstickers as well as won ton. The prices are low and reasonable for what you get. The service is sometimes a bit harsh, but this is expected. The place is hot and dusty of flour and you know what they are doing is hard work. So put on a smile and just grab some noodle wrappers or fresh noodles! I apologize but I will have to post pictures after. I was in a rush and took none but I will be back!

Had a dumpling wrapping session with their wrappers and they tasted legit. My friend told me about this spot so i decided to pop in to see what other stuff they had. I got some thin egg noodles to stir fry. The noodles tasted fresh and great, but just my choice wasn't the best one to make the dish I wanted. The place was kinda dirty so make sure to cook your noodles thoroughly. Some mentioned the lady was rude. She's just your typical honest straightforward "don't waste my time" type of store owner lol. I guess I'm used to that and didn't see a problem. I would just laugh it off. Noodles were great. That's all I care about haha.

Great hole in the wall spot to buy noodles and wonton wrappers. Everything is priced at $4/lb, cash only. They have a display case that shows the different types of noodles and thickness. Some noodles are egg noodles and some are flour noodles.

This is our to go for noodles for home soups and won tun pi for our soup dumplings. Yes, the prices have gone up, but so has everything else in the world, still reasonable, and the quality is unmatched. While many of commented on the gruff nature of the service, I find her to be very helpful, quick, and effective. You will never waste your time while in there, which is a plus as typically the car is running while someone is waiting for me so I didn't have to park.

If you're shopping in Chinatown and will be cooking noodles and/or dumplings, you've got to stop by Yat Tung Chow Noodle Factory (YTCNF). You will be amazed of what you can pick up here at such low prices.Located on Mauka side of N King Street, just near the crosswalk by Kekaulike St., YTCNF carries quite a few types of fresh noodles made in house:1) thick saimin2) thick egg noodle3) golden thread egg noodle4) regular saimin5) thick chow mein noodle6) thin chow mein noodle7) flat egg noodle8) elastic noodle9) thick noodle Udon10) white saiminNot sure which one you're looking for? Look at their counter top for a visual display of these different noodle types.Making dumplings? They've got 9 types of wrappers you can select from:1) gau gee / mandoo (round)2) gau gee for frying (square)3) potsticker (gyoza)4) won ton (local style) - soup5) won ton (Hong Kong style) - soup6) won ton (extra thin and small) - soup7) won ton (frying) 8) siu mai / pork hash (Hong Kong style)9) siu mai / pork hash (Hong Kong style - round)With convenience and great pricing, YTCNF has good foot traffic but the bulk of their business is wholesale. They are open from 6am so you can stop by early in Chinatown but keep in mind they are closed on Tuesdays. Their inventory is made daily so purchasing your noodles and wrappers here would yield a fresher product than what you can get at your local supermarkets AND at a fraction of the price.Although I speak Cantonese, in my shopping experiences speaking English may be the way to go. I've been here a handful of times where the female staff is quite bold and sassy when conversing in Cantonese.Typical Chinatown parking pains but keep in mind there are a handful of convenient municipal parking lots within walking distance. Most important, CASH ONLY here.

Great selection of the size noodles you are looking to make. But always tasty and be careful where you walk because it's a small place you might pass it if you're not paying attention.

Went to Chinatown today to buy ingredients for a chow mein platter for a party. I have purchased chow mein from this shop for a long time (decades) but the last 4-5 times, the attractive lady who takes and bags your order has been giving me all their old stuff, and odds and ends bits they swipe off the counter. I came in about 11 am hoping not to get yesterdays dried out leftovers and there was no one else there. I ordered 4 lbs regular chow mein. Since I had gotten the old dried out stuff and random bits before I really watched her. She took a white plastic bag off the shelf, weighed it and then added more noodles from the plastic bin near the weigh scale. Well, when I got home and began cooking, i found out that she had given me old dried out noodles and bits AGAIN. Although their prices are reasonable, its too high if the noodles are basically inedible. At least 1.25 lbs of my 4 pound order was crap! I was ripped off again! So although I am not for ripping a business, this attractive, middle aged woman in Yat Tung has justified my first bad review. I will not shop here again. For the record, I am 7/8 chinese , dressed averagely well, and in my 60's, although I do not speak Cantonese.
