XS Limousine

I have to thank XS limousine for saving my wedding! My fiancé and I planned a secret elopement at Kualoa ranch, my close friend was supposed to give me a ride from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch, unfortunately she was visiting family in another state and her flight was delayed and cancelled multiple times, she would arrive the day after my wedding. Now needing to get a ride last minute, I had to figure out a way. A Lyft or Uber would probably not accept due to the ride being long. I went on wedding wire and tried to see if any wedding car services were around. I saw XS limousine and sent them a quick message, not expecting to hear anything back. Right away Vinny messaged me and asked how he could help, I explained my situation and needed a ride last minute to my wedding venue. I was in luck, he was dropping off a client at the airport around the time I needed and would be able to pick me up and take me to Kualoa! He picked me up in a roomy Escalade which was perfect for my big wedding dress I had on, he found out my fiancé was Vietnamese like him and even told us his favorite spots to eat at in Honolulu. Thank you Vinny for the amazing customer service and getting this bride to her wedding!

My hotel recommended Vinny for a personal tour around the Island and I quickly booked it. He is great, I booked him to drop us off at the airport Friday morning, that's how great he is !!

First time in Hawaii from Orange County and I will say I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. Vinny, was 10 minutes early, responsive when I texted or emailed him, and was dressed like a true professional. The limo was pristine and even the glasses were just washed that day. It's attention to detail that blew me away.We had him for 6 hours on a Friday afternoon and he was conversational when we asked him any questions and respectful to our privacy. I have never experienced this quality of service before, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE! Inquire from this gentleman and get a price quote. You'll be amazed by his quality of service and pricing that beats the rest. Julian H.

FIRST of all when I had talked to Vinny, he did not bring it to my attention that it was NOT an hourly service. I wouldn't have any problem if that was the case. Once again, I had emailed and notified that we couldn't make it in due to car trouble. Then from June 19th, I was awaiting response from your rep. I didn't get a response until I had made that initial call the day BEFORE the wedding. Again, did not mention anything about point A to point B.People like us? Wow!!! You have no right to make judgments. My family would go to the ends of the earth, as they should. Tensions run high when a driver deserts a newlywed couple on their wedding day! It's not that we don't get our own way, it's basic human common courtesy. And it's funny that you want to dispute after I leave a negative review. Expressing my first amendment, freedom of speech. I also noticed that you removed my husband & cousin's review. Funny, again.My lawyer will be in touch. :-)

Highly recommended XS Limousine. Vinny was great to work with. I received a text from Vinny letting me know that Danny will be our driver the day before our event and then I received a call from Danny later in the day confirming our time and place. Danny was professionally dressed and the vehicle was spotless. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Mahalo

While we traveled to Hawaii for a short trip we used the services of XS Limousine. It was a great ride and we felt like we were in first class all the way. Alex was our driver and he was so friendly and knowledgable about all the areas we must see in Hawaii. He gave us several recommendations and was so helpful in making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend their services if you are planning to travel to Honolulu! We will be using XS Limo anytime we are in Oahu and will be recommending them to all our friends and family.Alex, you were great and thank for making our stay and ride so memorable! :) We will see you next time we are in town.

My son had his wedding yesterday at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel with the ceremony at a Buddhist temple in town. We had both the limousine & van transport the bridal party and immediate families to the ceremony, and wedding reception. In between, we were taken to various locations for photo ops. Vinny and Andy, both drivers were excellent - - very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with the owner Alex who treated us with respect and as local kamaainas. I highly recommend them! From drivers to vehicles -- everything was immaculate & perfect! Mahalo!!!

XS Limousine are amazing! I have never been to Hawaii before and I needed to book my entire wedding for February 14th over the internet from NZ. After getting a couple of quotes for transporting wedding guests to the location, it was evident that Alex had given us an incredible price compared to other companies... so incredible that I had to double check with him that he had quoted correctly, especially given that it was for Valentines Day and for 14guests (we booked the luxury Mercedes Sprinter Van which was perfect for taking extra luggage like picnic blankets and drinks/snacks). Alex said that yes the price was definitely correct as they don't believe in charging people more for the same service, just because its a wedding or because it was Valentines Day and he went on to say 'why should people pay more of their hard earned money for the same thing?'... I was shocked. How often do you come across a businessman with this kind of generosity/kindness/integrity?Then Hawaii had a big storm the day before, and day of, our wedding. The entire wedding had to be changed to the next day! Not a problem for XS Limousine. We also had to change the reception venue too as the restaurant I'd originally booked wasn't available the next day for my wedding reception (especially since I'd booked it 3months earlier). So we found a place closer to the ceremony meaning that we would need the driver to now stay at the location longer (2.5hours). Again - not a problem for XS Limousine. We were happy to give a generous tip to our wonderful and patient driver, Vinnie, because Alex said it would cost us no extra for moving the date, or for bringing us back later.I was referred this company by my wedding photographer that i used in Hawaii, and i also based my decision on the reviews i read on Yelp... other companies didn't have the kind of reviews these guys did :-) And now i know why! Thanks for making my wedding day relaxed and easy Alex and Vinnie!

Vinny was great! Very professional and communicative via email, text, and phone calls. I researched a bunch of car service companies for our trip and they all had 5 stars on Yelp. But I always choose the ones that communicate with me, and I can be high maintenance because I ask a lot of questions. I used XS for 2 trips. On the first trip, they upgraded me to a super cool limo at no charge, and the second trip was a very nice Mercedes 15 person van even though I only had 5 people. XS is a very professional company that I would use again.

The best limo company on the island! When looking for a last minute limo service for prom (3 days before), Vinny was so helpful in getting back to us very quickly with a quote, confirming the details and our reservation information. The entire process from the initial inquiry email to the actual service was so smooth and easy! The limo was spotless and our driver (Eddie) was extremely professional and patient through our stops before heading to the venue! So grateful to have been able to use their service for prom and will certainly be booking them in the future! Highly recommend! Thank you XS Limousine!
