Window Concepts , I did a number of jobs with Cheryl & Tim prior to this. They were very professional in doing their job of getting us plantation shutters for my living room, kitchen and bedroom . Tim was very meticulous in installing my shutters and it looked great . I recommend Window Concepts for your window treatment needs.

16 years ago I got several quotes to change my window dressings for my home. Well I went with the cheaper onesAnd as you guessed you pay for what you get. Well fast forward, I decided to change out my whole house because everything was falling apart. This time I made the right decision to go with Cheryl, and Her prices were actuallyReasonable. Well not only were her prices great, but cheryl and her husband did an excellent job. Her son in law also helps with installation, Cheryl and her husband they have a keen eye, and very attentive to detail. When there was a slight problem with one of the blinds, they were very good about it and quickly made adjustments.Working with Cheryl you dont feel intimidated, you feel like your talking to a friend. Her husband Tim just did the finishing touches today, and he is so pleasant, friendly and he treats your home as if it was his own.Thank you Cheryl and Tim

We found Cheryl at Window concepts by doing a google search which is like playing retailer roulette, but if you note the 5-stars above, luck was on our side. I filled out the online form and the very next morning we get a call to schedule an estimate. At our appointment, they had samples ready for us and kept it very simple without a hint of pressure. We ended up going with the higher end plantation shutters and paid roughly $3K for 3 bedrooms and living room shutters with installation. One thing to note is that they special order a lot of their inventory, so be prepared to wait a couple of weeks for them to be ready to install. During the entire process Cheryl was diligent in keeping us updated with the status of the shutters. The customer service was outstanding and the we absolutely love our new shutters.

They do excellent work. This was our 2nd order from Window Concepts. A few years back we ordered shades for our sliding door. Extremely happy with product and service!This year we renovated and were in need of another door shade.Window concept came to mind without hesitation. They are fabulous people to work with. And their prices are so affordable . You will not be disappointed.

I was very disappointed in Window Concepts. I made an appointment 3 weeks before they were supposed to come to my condominium in order to get a free estimate for roller shades. Finally, after anticipating the day for them to come, they were a NO show. I called and left a voicemail and they never returned my call or acknowledged that no one showed up at all. Extremely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend to anyone.
