Totes to boast...I've drove pass Wimini Hawaii too many times to count with only curiosity growing each time have finally got a chance to see their shop.This humble biz crafts the cutest whimsical prints all Hawai'i inspired onto shirts, totes, card and prints...as Mr. Mellow I believe is his name with a large mural of him is artfully painted on the wall is either surfing, traveling and doing all things we love here on the islands.Mr. Mellow isn't the only character but the beloved McCully Block, Waikiki and the island of Oahu are all displayed with such awfully grace that I do love. I just wished they had different bag sizes as these that they have are large and are perfect for shopping and carrying various items as the sturdy canvas makes it the strongest possible material yet light and easily folds at our convenience all priced so reasonably.Show this small biz some love as they certainly do that on all of their merchandise, so creative and just love it all.Thank you!

This is the cutest shop if you are looking for Hawaiian themed onesies, bibs, and T-shirts for keiki. The prints are very creative and unique. The fabrics are the finest cottons (thankfully no polyester here!)This is my go to for baby shower/newborn gifts. I've had many appreciative compliments from all parents involved!

Stumbled upon this boutique on a walk and so glad we stopped in - it's a tiny storefront and workshop of whimsical designs hand-printed onto simple textiles, all of which are lovely and full of Hawaiian spirit. We chatted to the owners and it is clear how much they love their work and the island! Definitely worth a stop in to browse, and I love my new kolea print!

Wimini is a hidden GEM in Kailua that you MUST visit! Located in the parking lot for Cinnamon's, this tiny little locally owned boutique carries organic Tshirts with trendy local designs, local jewelry, air plants and plant accessories, natural beauty products, handmade goods from Japan and MORE. And the best part is, it is shockingly AFFORDABLE! If you have ever bought a Turkish towel, you know that they run at least $38 and many times they are the thin and stiff type. I was shocked to discover that the Turkish Towels here were only $24! And they were thick and soft with great designs! They also have extra large towels (more like a blanket) that were only $38! Jewelry here were also mostly under $50, in the $20-$40 range. Hanging air plant vessels starting at $18! What Wimini is mostly known for are their organic, trendy, local design Tshirts and canvas bags. They used to only sell their products in other small local boutiques like Sugarcane, but now they have their own store and the designs are still just as clever and fashionable as ever! If you need a gift to give to an out of town guest or family friends on the mainland, this is a perfect gift! It's also perfect just for yourself! They are trendy, show-pride-for-your-city local designs! I just adore them. If you are ever in Kailua, I highly suggest you make a stop here. Or if you are in need of a Turkish Towel, it's worth the drive out! Make a morning or afternoon of it with a stop for some shopping at Wimini, some awesome tea from Anuenue Tea (also in the same parking lot), and some high end local chocolate samples at Manoa Chocolate Shop (again, in the same parking lot). At least that's how my oldest daughter and I spent our morning and it was quite perfect I have to say. Regardless of where else you choose to visit in Kailua, make sure you do not miss a visit to Wimini. If you are like me, you'll end up walking out of there with some great finds, all packed up in one of their thick, canvas reusable bags, complimentary with purchase - just another reason to love this place!

I have been a huge fan of Wimini and had purchased a tote bag 2 years ago and it has lasted me through multiple washes. However, my most recent tote bag was the complete opposite. The material was coarse and rough, when I washed it the print actually faded! Attempted to call a few times without success. Hoping they stand behind their products. I am truly disappointed, I love their bags and was so excited about my new tote. I washed it in cold water and it just came out faded wrinkled. First picture is the tote I purchased from Kauai on Sunday and the second picture is the tote I purchased in 2016.

Cute store with t-shirts and items to decorate your house with. When I go into this store it's like a breath of fresh air. I love the look of this store, clean and minimalist. The owner is friendly and helpful.It's located across the parking lot that Cinnamons is located in. There is lots of metered parking available.

This place is my absolute favorite boutique in Kailua! This place is rather hidden and I continue to be impressed every time I wander in. I rely on this store for gifts and good quality turkish towels that are not a huge dent to my wallet. Wimini always has something new and cute in store making every visit exciting! Cannot wait to return once again.

I needed a gift for my girlfriend and stumbled on this little Gem in Kailua. The shop has a super clean minimalist vibe about it which is refreshing to me since so many local shops cater the cheesy Hawaiiana Kitsch for tourists. The owner was friendly and helpful and apparently the husband designs all of the graphics on the tee shirts. I found the perfect Gift and left Happy. Its nice to see more shops like this in Kailua.
