Parking is hard during the prime time which is late afternoon and lunch time. Go early. The shopping center itself has a lot of everything. Food places. Nails. Doctors offices and an entertainment place. But anyways super convenient spot for me to visit.

I actually prefer stopping here instead of Pearlridge Center because it is so much easier to come and go. I'm not much of a shopper. I don't buy clothes very often. One thing that I do often though is eat! There are many places to eat here from my new favorite, Kim Chee 7, to the buffet, Makino Chaya, to KFC, and more! This mall is old though. It has been around ever since I could remember. It is a little run down. Still, there is so much going for it that I love stopping by whenever I have a chance! If you want to eat and want to avoid the traffic in the mall, I highly recommend stopping here! There's just so many yummy places.

This place has seen a lot of businesses come and go. I miss Eastern Garden, that was the place that always drew me in. Then Imperial Chinese Restaraunt opened some time later, but then closed shortly after. For some reason, dim sum doesn't last too long here. I can still taste that dim sum. Then there was Pho Mai who moved and Lilykoi who closed. and thena Makino Chaya that recently closed. But there are also some old time places that are still around like Toys and Joys, 7-eleven and Tony Roma's. Some of my new favorites are Pho My Lien, MIlano Freezer and Teddy's Bigger Burgers. There is definitely no shortage of food here. It is located right across of Pearlridge and... by Kam swap meet. There's also a Ninja Sushi I come by to get sushi and go. There are so many choices and I haven't even named all the places here yet! There's fast food, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Italian, desserts, American, etcNote: I would try not to be in the area on the swap meet mornings because turning from Moanalua Road to Kaonohi can become quite backed up. Also parking. There are two levels of parking which is quite a lot. Except during lunch hour or in teh evenings. Sometimes when I have come for dinner, parking has been quite the challenge. I have had to circle the parking lot and wait for something to open up many times. There has to be a choice that you would be satisfied with here!^_^*~

Located across from pearl ridge on the Macy's side, this strip mall has many restaurants. Places such as ichi Riki, tony Roma's, pho my lien, kfc and many others. It's a great place to go and eat and hang out.I would have given five stars but the the parking lot is small in relation the amount of restaurants located there. If your looking for a place with a variety of eating places...westridge is the spot. If your lucky and find parking during busy times, you won't be disappointed with the selection of food establishments.

Nice little mall across the street from Pearlridge Center. There are some restaurants and shops here that may be to your liking. There is enough parking, in the front and the back. I haven't been at this place for a long time now, but it looks like some restaurants and shops have changed.

This is the "3rd wheel" shopping center in the Pearl City & Waimalu area. Along with the big one, Pearlridge shopping center and Pearl Kai shopping mall, Westridge is one of those places where you don't normally come to, unless you need it and Pearlridge and Pearl Kai does not have what you need. Westridge is mostly restaurants, so your best bet in some good and different cuisine is found here. The shopping mall is kind of small anyway. Not much parking at all. There is a lower level of shops, and an upper level for the restaurants.I had come here when Makino Chaya was around, but lately, its not been that way for me. Some of my favorites over here is Teddy's Bigger Burgers and Tony Romas. I did check out Pho My Lien and have book marked it for future adventures in Pho. For now, this shopping center is still under the shadow of Pearlridge shopping center. While there are good choices to have here, it's always going to be those malls where the bigger one is going to be there as the choice to be for everyone to go to. The parking can get crazy at times, so you could just go and park in Pearlridge and walk on over, if you feel the need to.Plenty of offerings from here to Waimalu Shopping center.B-

Westridge Shopping Center isn't much of a shopping center at all... for me, Westridge is more a food center next to Pearlridge Shopping Center. The Good: Good places to eat, convenient locationThe Bad: Horrible parkingWhile there are some shops here, such as Toy's n Joys, most of the tenants here now appears to be restaurant. There are a lot of different types of restaurants here ranging from fried chick, to burgers, to italian, to vietnamese, and more! My mainstays here are JP Serrato and Teddy's Bigger Burgers. Occasionally I'll stop by Milano Freezer for some stracciatella. The fiancee also likes to go to Ninja Sushi.

I've been cruising around this area for years as a youth. Everytime I go here brings some good memories and I can still imagine myself walking around here as a little kid after checking out the mall. This shopping center plaza area is right next to and across of Pearlridge Shopping Center and where Star Market/Circuit City/Bed Bath and Beyond/Anna Millers/Jamba Juice/Starbucks/Down to Earth is. There are many restaurants around this area like Makino Chaya, Teddy's Bigger Burgers, JP Serrato Pasta, Imperial Chinese Restaurant, KFC, and many more in the upper level side of the center where there is more parking and stuff. Sometimes during holidays or special occasions, the parking in the shopping plaza center can get full and limited. There's also some other miscellaneous businesses around the corner like Family Dental Health, Central Pacific Bank, Herbert Realty. I've also made pit stops here for 7-11 and Toys 'N Joys. I remember when Ronnie's Ice Cream parlor and restaurant used to be here, now that was the shitz. I think those are the best 2 stores in the shopping center. If you are ever traveling in the Aiea/Kaonohi St. area you cannot miss this little shopping center. This place is also a good pit stop if you are ever shopping around Kam Swap Meet during hump days or weekends. Yelp 365 Challenge #245/365

I don't like coming here usually because parking always sucks. Lately it seems that they aren't filling the lots like they used to in the past couple of years. They do have some good choices of places to eat.

Being new on the island of Oahu, I'm trying new resturants, so on Thursday, April 11, at approximately 11:30, my co-workers and I (a total of 10) ordered lunch from JP Serrato Westridge Shopping Center - 98-150 Kaonohi Street B118 Aiea, HI 96701. When we got my "Shrimp & Mushroom" plate, put my fork in one of the shrimp & lifted it. Under the shrimp was a "long black straight hair" wrapped around a linguini noodle!!!!! At aproximately the same time - my co-worker stated that she also had a hair in her plate!!!! I immediately call JP Serrato and asked for the manager. The female that answered the phone stated "Manager no here!", so I asked to speak with the next person in charge & she said "me". I asked what is your name? and she responded with "Mylie". I clearly explained that we ordered 10 plates and 2 of the 10 plates had hair in them. I stated the Shrimp & Mushroom and the Chicken Sorrentino where the plates with hair. She said that we could come and get another plate. I explained to here that we were working, and I told her that we would prefer our money back. She immediately acted as though she didn't understand what I wa saying. After back & forth conversation - explaining that we didn't want the food - just the money back - she said "ok - you bring plate back I give you $21.95!!" I told her that was fine!! I explained to her that we get off work late so it would be about 6 pm when we bring the plate back. I told her the person that was bringing the plate was "Crystal". I verified with Mylie again that she would return our $21.95 for the 2 plates with hair and she said yes when we bring the food back. As the day went on - the cleaning crew from our office mistakingly trashed the 2 plates. So when Crystal went and explained what happened - Mylie refused to give her the money!! We ordered 10 plates and if we tried to deceive JP, it would have been with more than 2 of the 10 plates!!!! The question is why did Mylie want the plates back? Did she intend to take the food and serve it to someone else?? Why lose business from 8 customers due to not returning $21.95? Is the business that money hungry? I work for Dept of Defense - I'm sure there are others who should think twice about eating there - EVERYONE should BEWARE!!!!! Serving food that was returned by customers??? What is the Health Inspection grade??? When was the last health inspection?? How many times have people eaten food that was unsanitary? Was the food returned by someone else and served again?? Was there hair in the food & it wasn't seen??? Are there roaches in the resturant?? Is the food prepared & stored according to Health Inspection codes??? How many people have gotten sick - salmonella poisioning from food not being kept at proper temperature??? RESTURANT REVIEWS - will make an interesting story to review different resturants around the island each week. something to consider!!!!! You can start with JP Serrato Westridge Shopping Center 98-150 Kaonohi St., #B118 Aiea, HI (808-487-6821 - - Maybe a surprise visit & judge for yourself?????
