I finally made it to the Honolulu farmers market and this is one of the spots I was dying to try. It seems they have different sandwiches and focaccia bread every week. You can check out their IG for postings of their menu. I got their hot n weird bbq braised pork sandwich and it was to die for. The BBQ sauce had the right amount of tang to it and really emphasized the flavor of the sandwich (and made it super juicy). The pickles added a really nice contrasting flavor to the sandwich. And the bread! So soft and yummy and not overly oily. I am in love. And the sandwich is huge! It took up the whole takeout container. I'm in love and can't wait to visit again.

Business is at Honolulu Farmers Market every Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Parking is a free Blaisdell parking lot.Locally made focaccia breads, featuring weekly specials of 'focashas' (Detroit style pizzas), Hot n' weird panini pressed sandwiches, On menu, there were 2 items. sandwich with prosciuitto on focaccia and pizza on focaccia $10.00.

I randomly stumbled upon this place at the Kailua farmers market. The focaccia on the sandwich I got was PERFECT! It included egg, potato, cheese and marinara sauce!! *chefs kiss* it was pretty salty but tasty nonetheless!

Got the "unshellfish" tofu artichoke sandwich. It was the best tofu sandwich I had. MUST try. The focaccia bread is the perfect crunch. The flavor is done to perfection. Portion size is just right. This is one of my gems to keep as a go-to. Very friendly service.

Loved my sandwich, brisket with candied jalapeño! Perfect flavors and generous portion. Definitely recommend this family business
