When my wife and I were planning our wedding and decided on a small ceremony in Hawaii, I panicked. We had NO idea what we were doing but I randomly stumbled across Weddings of Hawaii and everything they offered really seemed too good to be true. We selected the Monarch Elite package and Moana Gardens as the venue. This package, for the price, includes so much and you can customize the package if you want.Their team and communication are ELITE (#1, no question). They are always quick to answer questions and take requests. There were many check-ins, review calls, and confirmations to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We didn't work with them on our reception but they were more than willing to help us with any questions/recommendations. I thought it would be hard planning out a wedding from across the US but they really made it simple as can be. Day of the wedding, it went perfectly. Everything was as described if not better and my wife loved it which is what really mattered. I can't recommend/thank Weddings of Hawaii enough. I know I sound like a shill but they really will make your day special without breaking the bank.An amazing choice when planning your wedding, 6/5 stars.

Absolutely exceptional service from Weddings of Hawaii. We knew we wanted a destination wedding but being from Arizona and Hawaii being quite the trip away we didn't know how we could make it work. My father in law found weddings of Hawaii and it looked to be a perfect fit. After a visit to Hawaii we settled on our ceremony taking place at Wailae Beach Park. The team at weddings of Hawaii is exceptional. They organized literally everything. We booked a shuttle for our guests and it was perfect. When I arrived I realized I forgot the marriage license and Rev. Mike assured me it was just fine. I was given my absolutely gorgeous bouquet and in minutes we were getting married. We used the following services: officiant, transportation, musician, makeup artist, and videographer. We had our own photographer. But each provider was professional, kind, and made our day perfect. We cannot express how grateful we are for such a great team! Thank you!!

Wai'alae Beach Park Just a little over a year ago in June 2021 my family and I were guests for my daughter's private wedding at the Noelani Gardens in Kaneohe. This year in 2022 we are back in the 808 as guests for our friends from the mainland. They got married at Wai'alae Beach Park in Honolulu for their wedding venue, another location organized by Weddings of Hawaii. This is our first time attending a beach wedding! The Crystal-clear turquoise water and beautiful soft golden sand makes it a beautiful romantic location to tie the knot. Wai'alae Beach Park is located in Honolulu in the island of O'ahu. The palm trees are a nice touch for those classic Hawaii palm tree beach shots and we had amazing views in all directions. Any wedding held here would make a beautiful memory. The park connects to the Kahala Hotel Resort beach. Wai'alae Beach Park is about 15 mins from Waikiki on the East Shore and can accommodate up to 30 guests. There were around 27 of us today.Congratulations, Rachelle and Sang! Review #2263 updated

Early last fall we began our research of local all-inclusive wedding packages, perfect for small weddings here in Hawaii. Originally we were going to go with another company but STRONGLY disliked that they weren't forthcoming about cost when we asked for costs. Weddings of Hawaii was the winner for us! Every time we had a question they were able to give a quote with tax, so ultimately we booked with them! 14 months later we had the most amazing day at Nalo Gardens! We opted for the Kalani Ilima package and added on a few things for the bridal party and upgraded my bouquet - everything was still FAR less than if we had sought out individual vendors on our own. The weekend smoothly, starting with the hair and make-up trial for myself the Thursday before the wedding, with Sarah of Whik'd Hawaii and we ran through the general look I wanted for my big day. When I left I looked ready to hit the aisle already! The trial was so good that the nail salon people thought my wedding was that night! DEFINITELY add on the in-room make-up, if you opt for one of the other packages, where it's not already included, you won't regret it! On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team arrived at our hotel promptly and got to work on us. Everyone looked stunning and the makeup lasted all day. My flower girl had a great time too with her "human amount of hair on a tiny head" (haha!) As a suggestion, ask to pick up ALL the hair combs the day before so they can place them in your hair on the day of and secure them with bobby pins if you have finer hair. Having at least mine made all the difference for my pre-bridal shoot.Once they had left the photographer (Piloni) and videographer (Tom) arrived for the pre-bridal shoot. It has been a looong time since I have done any modeling and I very much loved Tom's laidback energy while he recorded compared to Piloni's awesome, yet intense, direction. Trust me he is good fun and will put you in awkward poses BUT when you see the preview of the shots it's totally worth it! Piloni KNOWS what he is doing and if you follow his lead you will NOT be disappointed! While they both have totally different approaches to their craft, they had great a great sense of humor which kept the session light. Once we were done and I was all dressed, my now-husband was sent down for our first look shot. They positioned him perfectly and we got some great pictures here as well before zipping off in the limo to Nalo Gardens.Upon arrival, Teri met us and let us know the drill. She walked back the guests who were waiting to take pictures of our arrival to their seats then escorted us back to the staging area where my Matron and Maid of Honor and flower girl got their hair combs placed (because I didn't pick all of ours up only mine - derp). We met Kimo and Henry our officiant and uke player and then everyone was lined up to head out. The ceremony went smoother than most rehearsed ones and Kimo was a perfect fit for our personalities! His side comments and "audience participation" were totally us and made everything lighter and the "pressure" and anxiety of stage fright melt away. He was so good that before you know it, we were out smooching the conch shell blow and officially announced as Mr. and Mrs. Tapang! Our package came with a livestream option for everyone at home and it went perfectly! I love that we have a hidden link to watch over and over again! The cake that was part of our package was far bigger than expected and fed everyone and then some at our Duke's reception! The flowers were so pretty and we decided to keep our cake topper to the side of it on display that hubby had sculpted of us. Long story short - we are so happy we chose Weddings of Hawaii as our wedding coordinator! The final result was everything we could have hoped for and more. Their response time to questions was excellent and if there was something more complicated to discuss they would just give you a call to go over it. While we are relocating in May, we will definitely keep them in mind should we come back to Oahu for a vow renewal. Everyone was so great with making adjustments to the package and helping with customizations. I love that our license was also issued by them at our in-office appointment, so no need to go to DOH during our lunch hour. I can say our day would have been far more stressful if we had gone through this on our own and I loved that the only true stress was how I wanted my hair/makeup to look. I highly recommend them to anyone who is like us and wants to go the micro wedding route or have a fantastic vow renewal! I also would strongly suggest that you opt for the private venues so you can have a quiet ceremony like ours was - the beaches are great for a second photo location though! Mahalo nui loa for everything you did for us!(Photos attached are from our guests and ourselves NOT from Piloni - I couldn't wait to post but will add his beautiful shots once we get them in about 2 weeks)

Finally able to make a review (almost 9 months later... oops). We were lucky to have lived in Hawaii for almost a year and a half. We were about to hit our 10 year anniversary last summer so we decided last minute that we wanted to do a vow renewal regardless if we had any family or friends who were able to attend. The process for us went smoothly only because we didn't have to go get a marriage license. We just had to worry about about what we're wearing, how to get there, and where we wanted the vow renewal to take place. Communication with the coordinator via email and phone was great and they were quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. It put me at ease because planning gives me a lot of anxiety and stress. I think at this time, Sherwood Forest is unavailable but that is where we chose to have our ceremony. I have seen movies that were shot at this location so I knew how beautiful it was. I was going for a bohemian beach vibe type of ceremony. My sister in law and her family were able to make it to our vow renewal and our kids were able to take part in the ceremony as well. Just everything about the ceremony was perfect and we both didn't expect to choke up and have happy tears during our vow exchange. I loved that Kelehua Kawai was our officiant. She really made our vow renewal memorable and special in a Hawaiian style ceremony which I love and appreciate so much. She just exudes a peaceful and positive aura. The photographer, Carson and the videographer, Tom did a great job capturing that day. They did really well with our three kids. They were very kind and made us feel comfortable. They made sure we got the poses and pictures we wanted. I highly recommend getting the highlight video especially if you're sentimental like I am. Overall, I went through many wedding sites to find the perfect package with ideal locations and I believe that this is the best one. Almost everything you want to know is on the site and seeing other couple's highlight videos based on each location helps you pick your ideal spot. If you're worried about the price, just know that Hawaii is one of the best places to have a ceremony. It really is a paradise and money well spent. Even my husband who can be kind of cheap at times, was glad that we did this.

I recently used Weddings of Hawaii for my vow renewal celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had the best experience! The staff was extremely friendly and was helpful answering any questions we had. They made it a point to make sure my husband and I knew what to expect every part of the process. Our officiant and photographer were the absolute best! Thank you Weddings of Hawaii for making my wedding anniversary even more special!

Weddings of Hawaii is THE one stop shop for all things wedding destinations! We were taken cared of from the beginning stages of the planning until after the ceremony. I can't say enough amazing things about their staff and the way the company works. Everything about our wedding planning and execution was seamless and organized. We hired their photographer/videographer, h/m artists and our package came with a limo! Special thanks to Suni for being so sweet and helpful! Our 5pm ceremony on Magic Island was amazing and having the sunset/waves as our backdrop for the post wedding photo-op was breathtaking! Our family of about 35 people were so impressed too!

Everything was amazing! Our experience started with Faith our makeup and hair artist. She was amazing and made the bride look FLAWLESS. I cannot explain how muchit meant to my Mama to feel so beautiful. Ceremony, Flowers, Limo, and Photographers were AMAZING as well. If you're looking for a company to handle everything A-Z use this one! I suggest requesting Faith for makeup/hair. That experience really stuck out for me the most- seeing my beautiful mother dolled up like the beautiful bride she was. I will never forget that. Thank you!
