Janice Janice Janice. This woman knows exactly what she's doing! I gave her my visions of what I wanted and she made that happen!! we have a destination wedding since we live in CA and wanted a wedding in OAHU. She took all the stress from planning!!! She has been doing this for a long time so she knew all the things that were going to be possible and communicated what was not. She has all the resources and knows the right people and is extremely helpful!! Not only was she the cause that I did not stress at all throughout my whole wedding planning but the day of the wedding she was amazingly great!! my whole family couldn't believe how together she coordinated everything and how smooth everything went. We hired wedding planer 808 ( Janice Bachiller) our day-of wedding coordinator, and it was the best decision we made! From the moment she arrived, she took control and ensured everything went smoothly. She managed the timeline perfectly, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing. We were able to fully enjoy our special day, knowing she was handling every detail. Her calm, organized, and professional demeanor put us at ease from start to finish. Janice and her team were absolutely amazing. From the moment we hired her, we did not have to worry about anything. She contacted our vendors for us, so we didn't have to deal with that - thank goodness. Anything that came up, we would just text or call Janice and she would answer any of our questions and ease our minds. On the day of, as what happens with all weddings, there were some things that went wrong. Janice handled everything and was able to get the day back on track. And when #dressdisaster2024 happened (my 2nd reception dress zipper completely broke), Janice and her team physically sewed me into the dress so I could actually attend my own reception. She is amazing, professional, kind, and just the best wedding planner ever!

!!Attention Destination/Budget Wedding Brides!! We hired Janice as our reception day of coordinator and we do not regret it. I was planning our wedding all the way from Florida and I'm glad we trusted her and her team to take care of us on our special day. She helped out beyond just planning our reception. She also gave us tips and advice for our ceremony too, which a different company was handling. I left her instructions and all the decor and she not only set it up like I wanted but she also put her own spin to it which l actually loved more than my idea. After our reception, her team was very quick to tear down and pack away decor and other miscellaneous items that we were taking home. The prices for her services are also more affordable compared to other vendors on the island. 11/10 recommend!

If you're shopping for a wedding planner/coordinator Janice is an absolute must-have!! We got married on February 12, 2024, and not a single day goes by without being in awe of how perfect everything was! Since my first phone call with Janice, I knew she was the one! She asked me where my venue was and was already giving me tips and quoted something from our contract with the venue. I was amazed at how much she knew! I immediately called my husband and told him & he agreed that she'd be the one! Truthfully, our best investment for our wedding was hiring Janice and her team! Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day, without having to worry about any of the major or minuscule details! She truly delivered and executed our dream wedding and we could not be more thankful!!!! I loved every single one of our consultations because we always got the best advice since she literally knows EVERYTHING you need to know about the wedding industry! She gave us things to do every time before our next consultation, and would also give us a list of things we needed that we didn't even think of before she mentioned it!! I also loved the ability to be in consistent communication since we had a destination wedding!! Each time I called she was so sweet! We were also able to get some of our items delivered to her PO Box which was great because we didn't have to take too much luggage!I'm telling you, you absolutely need a wedding coordinator and the BEST one out there is Janice! Our other vendors even mentioned that every wedding they go to where Janice is the coordinator, everything always runs smoothly! Truthfully, we are absolutely so grateful for Janice, her boyfriend and her team! They really outdid themselves!!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and couldn't be more grateful for Janice! I officiated a wedding that Janice planned and coordinated, and I was totally impressed by what a pro she was. At the rehearsal she knew every little detail that needed to be rehearsed with the wedding party. And on the wedding day, she had all the moving parts orchestrated and flowing smoothly. Janice was our wedding planner for our wedding on Oahu in October 2023. Overall, the experience was okay. She had worksheets which were helpful for organizing but the execution on our wedding day lacked. We had no direction prior to the ceremony. I had a list of photo shots I wanted which the photographer didn't get so many of those moments were missed. Our wedding reception was late by 30 minutes and we were already on a time crunch with the venue. I think she would be a good option for either a smaller wedding or a wedding couple who goes with the flow.

My husband and I got married in July 2024. We hired Janice as our wedding rehearsal and day-of coordinator and she was great!! Initially, we thought the day-of coordination (silver package) was enough but after chatting during our first consultation, she made us realize the gold package would better assist our situation because of the assistance it includes with the rehearsal and tidying up and finalizing vendor details/communication. Looking back, if we did not select the package with those additional services, it would have been way more stressful and complicated. I'm so glad Janice took care of it!She was very mindful of our budget and was transparent with us. If there were any small details for vendor invoices, she asked us if we still wanted it and made note of how much we would be spending/saving if we had/didn't have it. An example of this was when I initially requested the linens vendor to have cocktail table covers that were floor-length. She later saw the invoice and asked us if we still wanted them because the cocktail hour would go by super quickly and no one would really notice it, and that we would be saving $300+ that could go to drinks instead. I appreciated that she brought up small details like that to our attention to make us double-check things in case we changed our minds. Looking back, she was right about the cocktail hour. It went by fast and everyone still had a great time!Janice did a great job in helping us space out, schedule, and remind us of our check-ins with her. She was super cool, patient, and understanding when there were reschedules or if we still needed more time to figure out some details. Before each check-in, I'd be a little nervous but during and after, I'd be relieved. She never showed any kind of bad attitude and always remained friendly and calm which allowed us to do the same and enjoy the planning process. She responded to texts and calls right away which we appreciated a lot. She also communicated with our wedding venue events coordinator which was super helpful. We also appreciated that Janice understood Filipino culture and family/friend dynamics. She explained the different Filipino cultural ceremonies and the types of roles that relatives can have and made sure we knew our options. She also gave real and relatable advice while we worked on our guest list/seating which was very helpful. The rehearsal went by smoothly. I really appreciated that she was very detailed. She explained which hand goes where, where to stop, how long to pause, which way to turn, walk slower, etc. To some, it might be a pain or unnecessary, but I'm a detail-oriented person so these kinds of pointers were perfect for me! On the day of the wedding, there was some decor that I forgot to label and describe how I wanted them (check-in table and arch drapes/flowers), and so on the day-of, I only briefly described to her how I wanted it and also showed a photo I quickly found online (LOL). I was a little worried that it wasn't going to turn out the way I envisioned it but when she managed to put everything together really well, better than I even envisioned! Later in the day I asked her how we were doing on time because I was worried we were off schedule but she said we're good and that she always adds in buffer time to everything which was a relief!
