Wayde's World Poor Mans Guide To Hawaii

Want a unique and personalized Hawaii experience? Then Wayde's tours are where its at! Wayde promptly picked us up for the 6-Hour West Side Jeep Tour from our hotel, and we were on our way! In his open door Jeep, Wade showed us some of the most stunning beaches that were relatively untouched by tourists. We had the opportunity to swim in some of the clearest and warmest waters, I also had to chance to forage sea salt off the rocks! Following, we went off for a quick hike that had us scaling a volcanic cliff for some magnificent views (be sure to bring a good camera/charger for your phone). We finished the afternoon off at a wonderful local farm to table joint called: Monkey Pod Kitchen. Consensus from the family said the tour was truly one of the highlights of the trip! We all appreciated his extensive knowledge of the local culture, the socio-political environment, and Wayde's down to earth nature and flexibility. Highly recommended! Pro-Tip: bring extra sunscreen + hat, extra water (although he does supply every member of your tour with 1 bottle, some snacks for after your swim

Had such an awesome tour yesterday!! Wade and his team were amaing great sites & food and local spots!!You easily forget your on a tour because they make you feel your traveling with your 'ohana. Cant wait to come back, I will never do a big tour again ... only Jeep for us

My husband and I went on a circle island tour with Wayde on 7/28 2013. It was one of the most fun things we did on our trip to Hawaii. Neither of us had been to Hawaii, so I did a lot of research beforehand. I came across Wayde's website and found a ton of useful information, but spending the day with him was priceless. This is not your typical 200 passenger bus where they herd you to all of the tourist traps on the island. Wayde takes you out in a small jeep to a lot of places that would be difficult to find or know about especially as a first timer to the island. He is extremely personable and so much fun, that it did not feel like a tour, but just a day hanging out with a friend. He took amazing pictures of us with gorgeous backdrops that we could have never done ourselves. The shrimp truck we had lunch at was delicious! As a local, he just has so much knowledge you cannot read online or in a guide. I HIGHLY recommend you take his tour, especially at the beginning of your trip. It really helped shaped our vacation to be the best one we've had!

I always use Wayde's World Hawaii to look up on hiking and mostly everything adventurous because he has great reviews!

I've always said to get with the local people when you visit because they know where all the great site seeing is, the great food is, etc. I've travelled to Hawai'i many times to visit family, and there are places that I didn't even know about until after I visited Wayde's site. He gives insightful, and honest information about various places, and even helps you with planning your trip, and if you're feeling venturous, he'll even take you on one of his many hikes around the island of O'ahu.Wayde's World Poor Man's Guide to Hawaii is a great tool to help you plan your trip to one of the most beautiful places in the world, especially if you are on a budget. There are so many free, and cheap things to do in Hawaii, and few know this (unless you live there)... I will definitely continue using his site, and videos to help me plan my next trip to paradise, you should too... You will be pleasantly surprised.

Amazing safari jeep circle tour of the island. Wayde is extremely knowledgeable regarding the islands.

If you are going to Oahu you have to take a jeep tour and Waydes World is an outstanding experience!! We were lucky to get Wayde and he showed us a great time!! We did the Island Circle Tour and saw things we would have never found on our own. The pictures we came back with will be great reminders of an absolutely awesome day!

I did not enjoy my tour, it is nothing special I could not find myself. There's no 'insight' here. Wayde was incoherent at times and hard to understand. I see no value in paying this service, would not recommend.

The tour is a complete waste of money. You could use a smart phone to find all of the spots and drive there yourself. The jeep tour and the guide is a joke. They are just gouging tourists. I would not recommend Wayde and this business to anyone visiting hawaii. Spend a few minutes on the web you can easily find all the spots and go for free like everyone else.
