A small quaint older building in Waipahu. A few businesses are open here. Hair salons , a church, and more. Two entrances available. Parking is free but a bit tight during the weekends. Da Bolalohan BBQ and grill is next door. Good Filipino food here. There are bathrooms available for use, however you will need a key to gain access. Service depends on where you are visiting. I enjoy the place I go to.

Stopped by because there was an open market in the parking lot. Most vendors sold almost the same type of vegetables, but I was still excited and went quite overboard on my purchases. I decided to walk inside of the shopping center, and there was just a couple of vendors set up inside. I can tell from when I entered, that nothing appealed to me so we left without looking further. Otherwise, most of the shop was totally empty. This center is quite spacious with a lobby area with seats, the parking area has lots of parking. This place is located in the old Arakawa's in Waipahu. Not sure if I'll return except maybe to the open market...

I dont know what is going on here or where all the vendors went both inside and in the parking lot but I came here a few times over this past summer and once on a Sunday only Sweet Treats by Kris and Ocean Dim Sum was open and this morning, a Wednesday, only Ocean Dim Sum was open. when I asked the worker she said Sweet Treats and Hi Craving only open once in awhile mostly weekends. When I walk around most of the spots are vacant and those that have stuff in it looks like storage or/and is always closed. Wish I knew where the vendors in the parking lot went I used to buy food from them b4 now I only see the Bbq chicken food truck. I did see a sign for Mike and Billz but didnt see the food truck.Located in the ole Arakawas. Parking is tight but at least there's a parking lot.I come here to go Ocean Dim Sum or Sweet Treats by Kris then walk over to the Waipahu Festival Market for more shopping.

Any old timers remember Arakawas in waipahu? Waipahu Plantation Marketplace is using that building. In here you'll find a farmer's market and something like a food court. Being that they just opened up and not really knowing what to expect, I'm not sure if there are empty business stalls or if that's where all the wiring goes.Mainly fresh produce in here. There is also a seafood and meat store. One of the places that tickles me is the corner store as soon as you enter (to the left) because they have dbz figures. Some of the stores will be accepting ebt soon so that's cool. There's a lot of parking. The place is air conditioned so you can browse in comfort while escaping Waipahu's hot hot heat. The place is not fancy, but I think it's a good at trying to revitalize the community/area.

Went to go and check out a store. NO ONE WAS THERE and the place is in need of renovation badly. There cameras everywhere and the place reminds me of Dole Cannery. Would go if I needed a place to concentrate or play a game to teach. The vid is just the outside.
