This hotel has lots of potential. .Positives - it's close to the beach with in walking distance. Staff was nice and pleasant. The room was ok to sleep in. The bakery/pizza shop was good. There was free luggage storage after our noon check out and 6 pm checking at the airport. Looks great from the outside. Cons - They were in the process of doing renovations. They only doing housekeeping every three days. Had to empty our own trash.Change our own towels out. No room service. No vending machines, when the hotel store is closed. 7/11 is across the street. Got charged $50 for "blood" on the towels.

This hotel is NOT a hotel. It's basically a big motel. They charge you to use the gym, charge to store your bags, charge to park your car. I want to note that our rental car was broken into the very first night we arrived. Overall a big disaster of a "hotel." The upsides include: beautiful views of the surrounding area. You can watch boats leave shore and ride into the ocean. It's right next to a wonderful food truck corner with about 25 different options for all kinds of delicious choices from Thai food and Vietnamese to southern BBQ and pineapple smoothies. It's also incredibly close to the ocean. Only a 8-10 minute walk to Waikiki beaches. There's an ABC store a minute away. Same with a brewery, 711, and gelato shops. Overall, not returning to this "hotel" but it's in a nice area.

So bad. The entire place is old and falling down. Bed has STAINED (as in never washed) mattress cover. Bed had huge sag in the middle. No clock. The tiniest bath towels I have ever seen. OLD air-conditioners but then leave a message in the room that they are saving water by not changing your linens unless you stay over 3 days. No closet. No hangers. Huge dresser that blocked part of the entry way into the room. Difficult with a cane or walker. Impossible with a wheelchair. Shower curtain only covers part of shower so water goes all over the floor. The mirror is set too low in the bathroom if you are taller than 5'5". Only 3 outlets in the room. All behind furniture and difficult to access to charge my phone. They put a 26" mini fridge ON TOP of the dresser. So much stupidity! Everything is just run down and pathetic. If it were cheaper I would think this is a red light hotel. I was going to take pics but I didn't want to deal with this place one minute longer. The pagoda is cheaper but a long walk or cab ride anywhere. Restaurants are nearby. Troy, the hotel clerk was quite nice. That was it for positives.

We booked this on Priceline. The photos looked nice. However the room was gross. We found ants. The floors weren't clean. The lamp light was literally hanging on by a thread! Close to the beach and walking distance to Hilton with free night life shows. Room has a fridge, microwave and A/C. We were afraid to use any amenities. They do not offer parking. They said if you can find street parking then take advantage as it's free. There is a garage attached that is $40 and cash only. They hung the bedroom TV up and left the TV on demo mode so we had this annoying green menu up the entire time (see photos) We did ask for a refund, new room anything they refused. We will be calling Priceline. I do want to state the saving grace and only reason I think they are deserving of a one star is because the receptionist was lovely. She took over 20 minutes to map out, circle and tell me all about the local hotspots as well as must check out items while on the island.

The hotel is dirty with sticky floors, brown towels, and old furniture. The hotel looks worse than the pictures. The view from the room was a haunted looking building next door with an ugly neighborhood. There was no WiFi and an extra charge for the light bill. The hotel only offered one small towel for each person. The price range of my hotel room could've got me somewhere nicer than this and closer to the beach. Don't go. The only good thing was the two small shops and fresh plumeria on the restroom doorknob.

Everything has to change staff, building, stupid owner, and everything ABOVE. It was so dirty I saw some cockroaches. And the front desk would not give me a towel for no apparent reason. Then when I came back with fam 2 hours later to ask for some towels THEN THE LADY SAID YEA. Something wrong with this place. Just go to the la croix.

Run, seriously: bedbugs and cockroaches. Prepare to get nickel and dimed left and right. Want to store your bag before your flight? That'll be $5. Want to use the gym that they advertised as included? That'll be $5. Room cleaning services? Once every three days, at request - and it'll be done poorly and incompletely. One day they simply just didn't come. The cockroaches are free, however! I'm not joking - I had to kill at least 4 in a 10-day span.I suspect that this building is owned by a property management company that manages all parts of running the hotel by deploying third-party contractors. Turns out that when you have the majority of a hotel run by contractors, there's neither accountability nor care. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

I Booked a reservation for Aug. 30 through Sept. 2 but checked out one day early with no refunds even if the room had plumming issues and you didn't want to move to another room for the last day because bad experience and on your first impression. Keep reading. The floors wasn't really sweep or mopped cleaned and all the funiture look very ancient and falling apart, they had two chairs with stain marks that makes you think twice before sitting on it. They had internet connection issues on the second night and when I called they said Spectrum is working on it but the connection never came back so I got tired of waiting and went to sleep. When you used the Hotel phone in the room the Zero button is disabled so you can't call the front desk unless you use your own cell phone to call them if you needed anything done. The beds were two double beds and had what looks like blood stains. Don't they wash the bed sheets? The second night was a disaster and we were dealing with the toilet getting stuck due to backup coming from the next room. I reported it the next morning and they couldn't fix it and said they need to call the plummer. We would need to go downstairs and get another room. I refuse to continue one more day as I'm already feeling negative about this hotel but they refuse to refund the last day saying we gave you an option to get another room so of course they kept my one day payment for free. I will never ever come back to this hotel again and will not recommend any of my friends and family as well. They could at least refund my last day to keep me happy but they chose not too and I made reservations directly with the hotel. Stay away from this hotel you will regret it. Aloha,Robert G.
