Waikiki Harley-Davidson Boutique

Nothing negative about merchandise, why are all your employees so sarcastic with a chip on their shoulder as soon as you walk in??? We're bikers too but I don't get it??? Couldn't even look through the store, the clerk seemed like he didn't want us to mess the merchandise up!!! you need to train your employees to be friendly, respectful, and courteous even if they're having a bad day!!! WHO how are you going to make sales??? So the person that helped us said his name was santos but, not even sure if it was his real name or not. Not happy!!!!!

Small..... not much in the shop. Harley Boutiques are disappointing as they only try to capitalize on tourist traps. Friendly staff counterbalanced the overpriced Waikiki Harley gear. $5-8 for a poker chip when they are $1-3 on the mainland. Crazy. Only bought one. I was hoping for a Diamond Head or beachy tshirt without a woman on it. Nope. Just bought the poker chip and left.

Super nice woman working there when I went in had tons of options for sizes of shirts, got what I needed and talked with the woman working there for a few minutes and she gave us some nice ideas of things to do on New Year's Eve. Was a very nice experience!

I had to go here,,,, and yes I had to buy a Harley Aloha shirt. :) Terrific customer service!it's a great store, great location, great customer service! It's a boutique clothing store in the heart of the Waikiki shopping district. No bikes since it's a tourist stop but they have a great selection of T-shirts, Aloha Harley Shirts, vests, gloves, leather jackets...pretty much all the regular Harley clothing you could want. They also have the largest selection of " metal Harley signs " I have seen anywhere. Great for anyone's garage or workshop. Not sure if the sales woman was the owner or a worker bee but she loved working there and chatting with tourists and locals that come into the store. They had quite a few specials and sales and was giving away free Harley Ponchos for the rain. Hawaii doesn't have a helmet law but I'm sure you could buy a helmet there if you wanted. So if you're messing around near Waikiki be sure to stop by and say Aloha!

We were in Hawaii having a wonderful vacation and we are also people that ride Harleys and are huge enthusiast of custom Harleys. I wanted to get a T-shirt for my son and we went in and it was a very nice shop I thought maybe they had bikes in there but it's strictly a gift store but well worth going if you want a true Harley Davidson shirt from the island.

the guy helping us was knowledgable in Harley-Davidson gear. Very professional and courteous. I Recommend this place for a large selection of riding attire.

Nice store... Kinda hidden, over price but then again that's Hawaii. Great guy selection, wish they had more of a selection for woman.

For not being a motorcycle person going into this store and meeting Jeff was a great experience. We went in to get our friend a gift and Jeff was one of the nicest salesperson we have encountered so far. Extremely friendly and informative, he even talked so highly of their other shop at Hawaiian Village we went there too!! What a great guy, keep smiling and keep doing such a great job. Being retail it's not very complimentary so we wanted to give him !

First off Jomar the guy running the store was extremely helpful and friendly. for not being a dealership location, it had a little bit of everything. Very pleased with my purchases.
