Went in to sell gold piece. Female tried to rip off my wife and mother in law off with 75% value. Then tried to ask to open the sealed package (which would devalue) we immediately asked for our gold back and she quickly quoted $200 more per oz. Understand it's a hustle but other places like Kaimuki gold shop more upfront of cost. Untrustworthy.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Waikiki Gold & Silver ripped me & PayPal off! I purchased a Green Ming's Green Jade ring thru eBay that wasn't to my liking because the quality was not a bright but dull green. I didn't even try it on & returned it In the same condition I received it! I paid $994.76 & got a refund of only half the price of $497.38. They claimed I scratched it & they couldn't sell it. I asked for proof in sending me pictures of the damage.... No response! I tried communicating again, No response! I filed a dispute w/Paypal & it was ruled in my favor so I was refunded $497.38 thru PayPal. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTIST, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO TO HURT PEOPLE & THEIR POCKETBOOKS. Waikiki Gold & Silver ... Shame on you!!! this place sucks! they didnt accept my silver coins when they say they do! i also brought a dimond ring worth 5k and they offered me 171 dollars and 43 cents! scammers!!!! he told me to sell it on damn facebook market!
