Waikiki Christmas Store

They're still in Waikiki though moved at a new location...You can now find them in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Rainbow Bazaar it's certainly not exactly what I expected to see as this tiny shop is filled with it's vibrant ornaments of all kinds that we've grown familiar with found only in Hawai'i is the same special personalization you're able to make it your very own.I do admit as the holidays are approaching looking at these cuties makes you a bit nostalgia cherishing your loved ones while expressing it is a breeze with Waikiki Christmas Store by Santa's Pen with the convenience of on site personalization like me when my aha moment is the golden hour with a little help from Santa's elves gifting is a great deal when you're looking for that something special, items all made with great service.Thank you!

The vibe is Christmas at the start of Summer!Frouline was warmly greeted us and was superhelpful!The selection of ornaments was immense! Love the sea shells! These are heirloom ornaments that we'll be passing down for generations! These we'll be valuable adorenments to our family Christmas tree!Frouline went the extra mile and made sure they were properly bubble wrapped for transport!Thanks, young lady!Woohoo!And Merry Cristmas!!!

I walked into this store on a whim! Wasn't really looking for anything in particular. Needless to say I came out of there with two Christmas ornaments. Connor was the salesman working the floor! He was so helpful, especially when I couldn't reach the specific ornament I needed. He offered numerous times to help and volunteered information on personalization for the ornaments. Allie was the cashier/desk clerk. She meticulously wrapped the ornaments in paper, then a box, and then a bag! They were perfectly protected. Stop in and look at this store for your Christmas decor needs! No way will it not be there!!!

I HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you Bonnie!!! I really hope the store recognizes how amazing Bonnie is. She will greet you with the most beautiful smile and guide you through the process. I was only planning to get 1 ornament but ended up with about 6 lol. Bonnie was super helpful and talented and you can just tell she has such a beautiful soul. Thank you for everything Bonnie. I absolutely loved the ornaments. You are such and angel. Thank you for making sure I got my ornaments before I leave AND fixing my mistake! I really do appreciate it.Since it's around the holidays, it's buy 4 get 1 free + free customization. The selection is okay but if you just want ornaments to add to your collections, this place will do. It is about $16-$26+ per ornament w/ free customization depending on how many "familymembers" you select.

This store is so cute and magical and the staff is just as friendly. They have hundreds; no exaggeration, hundreds of different types of ornaments. They even have a large variety of nutcrackers and other Hawaiian themed Christmas items which are adorable. I love that they personalize for free and that you can choose to have your name in Hawaiian BUT this is also the reason I gave 4 stars instead of five. If your name is unique; don't even bother getting your name in Hawaiian. You look through a book, pick your name, and they write it... none of us unique named people even got a chance. Regardless I got some beautiful ornaments that I can reminisce with forever.

I am a Christmas girlie! I love love love this store. I'm not sure if it's there year round, but if it is - you have to drop in. I love the customizable ornaments and they had SO many cute ones, I honesty could fill up a whole Christmas tree. It's a smaller store and it was really packed so I didn't get to look around as much as I wanted to. On my next trip I'm definitely taking a few ornaments home. It's a perfect way to remember your trip to Hawaii!

Staff very friendly with Aloha spirit! Prices for custom ornament about $16. They allow you to add words and letters on the ornaments for a personal touch. Common prints (Honeymoon, Family, Hawaii Vacation, Names, etc). They also give good suggestions on what to write and where. Able to print by end of day perfect if you're staying close by on Kalakaua. The location of the store is so convenient and the ornaments are uniquely Hawaiian Christmas vibes. Sale was buy 4 get 1 free! Perfect if you have a big family.

Sea turtles, pineapples, plumeria, surfboards, Santa on a surfboard -- many of the ornaments & small Christmas decorations at the Waikiki Christmas Store are much like Waikiki itself -- colorful, kitschy, & fun. There are traditional balls & baubles & nutcrackers, but the regional culture is what's at the fore of their designs. The ornaments made of various shells are an especially nice keepsake of Hawaii. Customization is free & a fairly quick process as long as there aren't several customers ahead of you. When I came in this past August, I took advantage of their buy 3, get 1 free sale & purchased matching ornaments for the fambam & had our names & special dates written on them. The ornaments I bought here will serve as a once-yearly reminder to cross "Christmas in Waikiki" off of my to-do list.
