Your Yelper: "You have anything brewed locally?" Waikiki: "It's brewed over there (points to back of restaurant), can't get too much more local than that." That'll work! Great place to drop in for local beer and good chow! Clean floors (I notice such things), friendly crowd--maybe all tourists? and great beer selection. I am a whiskey drinker, so I ordered a cocktail instead of beer. Mistake. I made up for it the next night with a black strap porter. It's dark but not at all heavy. The sesame seared Ahi is light and very good (seared rare, sticky rice, grilled pineapple, avocado, cucumber). My new drinking buddy at the bar recommended it. Doesn't fill you up too much so you can throw back a few more brews. WBC is almost a destination in and of itself!!!

We went to the brewing Company twice. Once for the Friday night, parking lot party, which met a couple of great people and hung out with them had a blast. The second was the Super Bowl package. Couldn't have had a better time. Great food, great beer great atmosphere would highly recommend over and over again.

During our staycation, we made a spontaneous stop for a delicious bite before heading to an unforgettable New Year's Eve party. As a devoted fan of their Kaka'ako location, I was absolutely delighted that we picked this spot to fuel our celebration! What we ordered and absolutely enjoyed-Wings - wow, these wings were a flavor explosion! The house-made pepper seasoning truly took them to the next level, making each bite unforgettable!Sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza - this pizza was simply fantastic! The house-made kukui Italian sausage was a standout, adding a rich and savory taste that kept me going back for more. And let's not forget the beer! Sipping on pints of their Aloha Spirit Blonde Ale was the perfect way to wash it all down--refreshing and delicious! What an amazing experience! I'm a fan and I can't wait to stop in again for beers and more delicious food.

Had some good beers and okay food at this locally owned brewery. It may be more common to drink cocktails around here but this is where to get something hoppy and malty. Waikiki Brewing Company has a few locations including this one in of course Waikiki. A pretty happening place with lots going on in and around it. The service is amazingly fast for how busy they get at times. Came for the happy hour. It's got a couple of these: in the evenings and then again later. These include the core drafts, along with growler refills and wine. A lot of beers to choose from. It's about $9 a pint at regular price. We saved a couple bucks on these. Best one we had was the Eee Pah IPA. This is strong at 7.2% ABV, and is malty. Also we got some of the food. It's about $15 for the Garlic Hummus Plate. There's not a whole lot for vegetarians, but at least this is something. Good place for trying some of the local beers and if you want something other than a cocktail. It's located at the intersection of Ala Moana and Kalakaua. This is a big enough place for large groups, parties, and whatever.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of Chelsea, who was absolutely incredible! She was attentive, kind, and probably the best thing about this place. Oh, and the beer was okay--I had the porter, and it was decent. But the food? Don't bother. Yes, we probably should have known better than to order a burger instead of poke in Hawaii, but come on! This wasn't just bad--it was practically inedible. And the management? Clearly, they're perfectly fine with serving beyond subpar food to their customers. I walked out with a $36 bill, still hungry, and now I'm heading somewhere else to pay AGAIN just so I don't starve.Save yourself the trouble and just grab a beer somewhere else. Chelsea deserves better than this place.

Service is good, food is ok. Music sucks which is why I have to leave a lower score review. My fault, but listening to Beastie Boys type music super loud isn't conducive to a nice meal, especially when the majority of the lunch crowd is older or families. And be careful ordering anything added. Even though it states $2.50 to add fries, they charge you a completely new item. Got them to reduce it which was nice, but I hate it when its ambiguous. Now I need to get outta here before my eardrums burst. I'm getting old.:)

Great customer service We wished there were happy hour apps on the menu, not just drinks. The chicken sandwich was a nice portion and very moist.

Came here for drinks during happy hour, had a nice beer flight, and really enjoyed ourselves so we decided to return for dinner. While the beer is quite refreshing on a hot day, the food not so much. I absolutely enjoyed the skinny jean IPA but could barely finish my mahi mahi blackened tacos--way too salty! So salty that I had to go to the bathroom because I couldn't stop coughing, my eyes were watering, nose running, almost as if I was having an allergic reaction. My husband tried finishing my food for me and agreed the blackened mahi mahi was overly seasoned to the point it was inedible. We sat at the bar and enjoyed ourselves for the most part, we did have onion rings to start off our dining experience and those were delicious but again the main course was just not good.

Good place for simple brewery food and drinks. Their beer menu always has the classics but also some rotating seasonal options! My favorite drinks to get here are the sunset punch cocktail and pina colada. I found that the Mai tai was underwhelming and the lava flow was far too sweet.Burger is decent, but for what it's worth one of the better ones on the island. Bread is sweet, as if it's Hawaii roll/bun style. Friend said that the pizza was simple and delicious, but also on a sweeter dough. Pulled pork fries lack the cheesy sauce flavor listed, but the pork topping was pretty good. Fries themselves though felt lackluster. Think presentation wise they don't look like an exciting pile of loaded fries, rather a sad small one.Seating options are variable but I have only ever been sat outside. Very pretty opportunity to get air and people watch while sunset goes on! Which is to note, during the rain their umbrellas will get you wet since they aren't too sturdy and have shown to have holes in them. But I've never had to wait for a table and service feels pretty quick and relatively attentive.
