Refreshing cane juice for Hawaii days! We spotted this place in the same parking lot as the famous Giovanni's Shrimp Truck! Don't shy away from the sugar cane juice! It is not as sweet as you may think, it is extremely fresh and you can add flavors to it such as mango, pineapple, passionfruit and a few other ones I cannot remember! I ordered the mango sugar cane juice and the lemonade (both are $9 each). The nontraditional lemonade is made with sugar cane juice, lemons, and a tea that gives it a blue color! My partner is a fanatic for lemonade, and likes it a acidic, tangy, and sour. Although not a big fan of the lemonade he ordered, he still admired the freshness to it!

We received friendly service and purchased fresh, amazing pineapple and coconut. This is definitely the best stand on the island!

We were craving some fresh fruit after doing some sight seeing and found this stand. It's so great and the lady was very sweet. We had the papaya and banana, dried mango, and coconut macaroons. It was also tasty and the papaya was "melt-in-your-mouth" ripe.

This little stand is so charming and special! There are wholesome tropical snacks available here that I haven't seen anywhere else, and the lady working there was so warm, friendly, and contagiously cheerful, it really made my day. There were homemade coconut macaroons in 3 flavors: original, peanut butter (that's what I got... amazing), and chocolate. A container-full was $5. I also got a bottle of fresh, icy cold guava juice for $2 (there was passion fruit juice, too). There were small cups of mac nuts, strips of freshly-cut coconut, cut guava halves...This place is worth the stop!

On the very long drive round-island going north on Kam Hwy, you'll spot many fruit stands with sandwich boards advertising fresh coconut or pineapple or papaya or mangos (if they're in season).we stopped by this name-less, address-less stand for a quick refreshment by coconut juice from a coconut. $3.50 is quite the tourist price, but I don't blame the old lady with missing teeth. Her name is Sandy and she informed us that the state board of health has made it illegal for fruit stand people to use their machetes to cut up the coconut after they have sold it for juice purposes, because a lot of places use rusty knives. i guess you'll have to eat fresh coconut meat some other way. i support old people supporting themselves and local businesses like these are definitely part of the local flavor. see pics!

We spotted this place on the side of the road while exploring the local area. There's tons of yummy looking fresh shaved ice and dried fruit snacks and souvenirs, and the lady who runs the shop is just darling! She was so friendly and welcoming! We had a great time chatting with her while enjoying fresh cold coconut water! It seemed like a pretty popular roadside gem as three more patrons pulled up shortly after us! It's the picturesque fruit stand you'd expect to find off of a highway in Hawaii! It's a great stop while traveling along the east side of the island!

I drove 20 miles just to see this super sweet old fruit seller named Sandra at her little fruit stand and was truly delighted by the experience. She can brighten anybody's day with that smile of hers. Her coconut macaroons are Absolutely to die for. I regret not buying off her whole lot. Her pineapple papaya shaved ice is amazing and the coconut pineapple drink is really refreshing. The drive to her location from Honolulu is amazing too. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Oahu.
