Waiau District Park

Driving from Waikiki to Pacific Palisades, we needed a restroom break and spotted this nice park in a residential area. Huge park, with lots of space and lush greenery. We saw a few people jogging, etc. There seems to be a few baseball fields in the distance.We were grateful for the facilities. LOL.

Parking lot with more than 10 cars, main building doors open and bathrooms locked. Decent park with a gorgeous view. Lots of cross breezes and nice to have kids kick the ball around.

I love this park because it has a few parking spots that have shade and there was a nice breeze this afternoon. I actually came here around noon so I can wait until I picked up my daughter. I had to use the restroom so I did. It's pretty clean and not disgusting inside which most public park restrooms are lol I actually came back here after I picked up my daughter cause we got food to go from Jack in the box and Taco Bell so it was nice to just park here and eat. I definitely enjoyed the park view. I haven't been up where the kids play area is but maybe next time I go there. A nice place to go walk and exercise. I saw a few people walking in the park. Not many but a few.

Beautiful open park! The park was basically empty the entire time we were there. Kids had fun running around and playing without worrying about disturbing anyone.

Cyndy's Bottom Line: A park full of magnificent trees.Besides the beautiful trees you can join the Free Energy Yoga classes by Tanyce on Wednesday 11:00am - 12:30pm and Thursday 4:30pm - 6pm located in the middle of the park under the trees in a relaxing and tranquil setting.The class is great because Tanyce includes meridian stretching, energy breathing and guided meditation. Tanyce is an excellent instructor!

Love this place, I often go here to walk my puppy. The park is huge and we'll maintained, you'll often run into other doggies but everyone has so much aloha. It's very busy with soccer and baseball practices and competition during the weekdays, but it's empty during the weekends. Take a visit to watch the sports competitions going on or simply have a picnic and enjoy the view and cool breeze!

Love it here! It's super spacious and lots of greenery . No one was around . The park was clean

Really love this beautiful park. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a community park. The breeze is very nice here. Wide open grassy areas for running and playing. Always a pleasant experience here.
