Still super delicious! They have family pack now, 5 sticks for $24.99 so around $5 each. Make sure you order ahead of time. On a weekday morning it took about 20 mins for my order. A lot of retirees eat here early in the morning too. Also, the charge comes through as Don Quijote kaheka and it's billed as groceries, not restaurants, if you care about which credit card to use.

This restaurant is located at Don Quijote and offers a take out experience for trying Wagyu skewers with rice and salad. You get a choice of sauces for both. The Wagyu is tender and juicy. With the sauce it makes it really good.

We always have to take time to visit this small kiosk in the Don Quijote outside food court when we shop. Prices are super cheap. $13 for 2 waygu skewers side salad and rice and only $6 to add one more skewer. There is a small wait as everything is cooked to order after you pay. They are usually open until 7 or when ever sold out so you have been forwarned. The Waygu sticks are so delicious and fun to eat. There is a small custom wasabi dip which perfectly accompanies the skewers. The combo plate is more than filling for $13. Full disclaimer, it American Waygu, not Japanese Waygu. Not a deal breaker, buy just FYI. Did I mention that the individual skewers are $6? You must try this place if you are around the area. Eat like the locals.

I've eaten here before and for the price I've always been satisfied. Today I saw that they had a new food item or at least new to me. A Wagyu skewer hot dog. Oh mah gawd. It was so tasty. Bold beef flavor, loved the fat pieces that infused more flavor. There was a tomato meat sauce and a Kewpie mayo cheese sauce. I need to eat this again cause I can't stop thinking about it. All for $8.99! It's made to order so takes about 15 minutes. It's very messy to eat so you'll need to wash your hands after.

Waited ~10 min for 2 wagyu sticks. They are sooo yummy hot off the grill. The wagyu is very meaty and some pieces are less tender than others but still great quality for the price. The wasabi sauce is addicting!

After Don Quijote, we found this spot and decided to try it out. We ordered two skewers. It was fast and efficient. The wagyu skewers were tender and tasty.

WagyuKushi, a modest takeout spot located in front of Don Quijote, often escaped my notice despite frequent visits to the store. Curiosity finally led me to try it, and I must admit, the food is exceptionally delicious. The wagyu skewers are exactly as advertised: rich, fatty, and incredibly flavorful. The cooking process does take a while, around 15 to 20 minutes, which might test your patience, especially given the less-than-stellar customer service. The staff almost made me feel like an inconvenience for ordering, which detracts from the overall experience. Despite the superb quality of the skewers, which even had passersby ordering in large quantities, the lackluster service makes this more of an occasional indulgence rather than a regular stop.

Itadakimasu。 いただきます。My manager introduced me to WagyuKushi. He got me a plate lunch with 2 skewers of this savory, melt in your mouth wagyu beef on a stick served with steam rice and salad. The wasabi sauce is amazingly not spicy and bursting with so much flavors. So for my birthday, I bought 5 skewers of WagyuKushi and paired with my homemade mentaiko pasta. I'm so close to perfecting the recipe to make mentaiko pasta! The combination of WagyuKushi skewers and mentaiko pasta together is divinely delicious! You can find them right outside of Don Quijote on Kaheka Street. Parking is free but it's always filled and busy, no matter what time of the day. There's a table and chairs you can use to sit and eat but be prepared to bring a sanitizer wipes and birds flying over or by you. The ladies were nice and friendly! Thank you for reading my review. Have a wonderful day!

WagyuKushu is my go-to when I am craving wagyu steak in the Kaheka/Ala Moana area. The wagyu are served on a skewers. When they first opened, they had a plate lunch option (served with 2 skewers, rice and green salad) or just skewers (1 or 2 skewers). All orders come with a wasabi sauce. They do charge $1 for extra sauce. Since then, they added a Family Pack of 5 skewers for $24.99 and 10 skewers for $45.99 (a great deal when ordering in bulk). All skewers are made fresh to order so expect to wait (approximately 15-minutes or longer if they are very busy). Wagyukushu is located in the Don Quijote food court area. There is open air seating and a big parking lot in front as well as the extended parking lot across the street. Restrooms are located in Don Quijote.

5.99 for one skewer!Wagyukushi is at the don quijote food court. It was fun to eat in part because it's a rectangular cube. Also satisfying and meaty, but very fatty. I wish there were fewer chunks of fat and rather, more marbled pieces.Personally was not a fan of the sauce, which reminded me of Tonkatsu sauce; but thought it was pretty good sauce less.
