Vong's Manapua

Officially my favorite manapua truck! He has everything for the picky and non-picky eaters in my family. He has plate lunches along with the usual manapua truck fare (hotdogs, musubi, fried noodles, etc).My favorites are:A special (fried noodles & french fries w/ yellow sauce) & thai tea.My 4 year old likes the chicken nuggets (standard, frozen kind you buy at store) and My husband likes their orange chicken plate.The food is decent and cheap, and he works really fast on orders!

Best food truck in nanakuli! Try the special. Get long lines in the morning and lunchtime, can call ahead and pre order

I must say, this is the best manapua wagon on the island of Oahu. Yes, it is very cheap and not vegan for sure but it sure fills you up. This is comfort food and truly a local delight. Be sure to try the special and be there early as it runs out fast. The fried pork hash is also ono. Do not forget the blue vanilla and fried chicken!!! I wish he had a twin wagon that roams around Kapolei and sells the same food!

I love this manapua truck! the owner was the same guy that would drive up and down hakimo when i used to live with my parents and he was my favorite! his prices are cheap and i love the food that he serves! now he has his very own area in nanakuli and i recently checked out his truck and he upgraded a lot of things on his menu! im happy for him, he's doing so good where he's at now. omg the fried noodles and fries with his special sauce, soooo good!!! i also tried a garlic shrimp plate from him and i felt like i was eating the plate in a restaurant, lol that dish was so tasty and well made! love this manapua truck, def check him out!! he has all kinds of things on his menu, so just stop by and check this truck out if you haven't yet!

Finally got over here but never got to try anything. He might be great but he was sold out at 3pm...So sad.

If you ever come to the westside you know the #1 stop is the manapua man trucks lols very cheap if you are budgeting lols... but their NANAKULI SPECIALS with the secret sauce is the shiits and with some pork ash too MY FAVORITE

My fave is his fns w/ chicken yellow sauce. If u like spice add siracha too. Its da bomb for quick bite

Love his chicken and noodles... Da best chicken I have eaten from any manapua man so far...His breckfast is good too... All his foods are ono.... Gave 4 stars cause lines are usually long, but he trys to bang it out fast...Prices are reaonable...He gives AWESOME SERVICE too... One of da BEST manapua man in Nanakuli !

BEWARE VERY UNSANITARY. I saw bugs crawling around in the display case. When I asked for a ham&cheese bread which was already wrapped in plastic I saw a bug inside the wrap! I told him i didnt want it and he seem annoyed. Also major no no that made me not want to come back is sanitation. He had a glove on his right hand and not his left. I thought he would use utensils to grab the food but was using his glove which was already touched by money. He was touching food with his right glove but when I saw people paying in cash he was using both hands to touch the money. Then proceeded to use his right hand which just touched money to grab the food. After that I got out of line and didn't order. Very disgusting. Use utensils to grab the food! NOT your dirty gloves covered in gross money.

Nanakuli Special with chicken nuggets and shrimp tempura! An on friend introduced me to the special at work one day but it just got better when I went myself.
