Vision Care Center of Hawaii - Waipahu

As I get older, working in Customer Service makes me appreciate receiving the same, if not better, customer service from businesses and people in general. Today, May 21, was no different as I picked up two orders.VCC Waipahu is top notch!

Your staff said something and didn't follow thru. Your manager Sydney basically called me a LIAR. Not even 5 minutes after they took my money from my account my husband decided not to get $300 reading glasses becuz my $330 driving glasses was more important. so we wanted the $175 deposit refunded. NOT EVEN 5 minutes after we paid. The worker told me the "manager" said one time only they will do this for me and refund me. today is 7 days later and now they are saying they applied my husbands money to my glasses balance and i have a $66 credit on my account. I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THIS EYE PLACE EVER AGAIN!! so therefore they will now hold my money and not return it. THATS STEALING... The staff told me one thing and didn't do it. NOW SYDNEY is making it sound like I the patient am the liar..... How do these people sleep at night knowing they are liars. I recommend no one go to this eye center they are con artists and charge too much for glasses!!!!!!! Sydney kept laughing at me when i was talking. She's evil!! I wanted to file a complaint against sydney but she wouldn't tell me who i can file it with. so i will dispute it with my bank.

I stopped going to this office because one staff member was rude. There are other places with good service, and all patients deserve kind treatment.

Been coming here for about 5 years or more. Now that my own son needed glasses I made sure he can get the best care. I love how they had so much selections . The only feedback I got is their online appointments . When I booked it's not compatible to what they have on their scheduling . Hope this can get resolve. Other than I'm happy customer here

Been coming to this office since I was maybe 6-7 & now I'm 32. They've always made the experience wonderful & Dr.Chang is the best. My family and I all use this eye doctors. Would definitely recommend this place!

So I had purchased a pair of glasses a year ago and the lens was under warranty. They were able to fix it in a timely manner. Customer service was outstanding as always and the 2 technicians worked with me to fit great

I have been a patient for nearly 20 years - I've been going there since I was 10 years old. My entire family goes here. They have great glasses selection and very friendly staff.

The situation here started out pretty well in the beginning..turned really bad towards the end. Got prescription that was completely wrong after waiting two weeks. Found out the first doctor never did the eye exam. Went back a second time and another doctor corrected the mistake with a complete eye exam to find out the prescription was too strong. Had to wait another two weeks, went back a third time to obtain the lenses to replace in the office. They could not replace and had to wait another two weeks...at this point a staff member told us " well at least you'll be getting new glasses" which we were told...the lack of what was done here should not have even happened. Not what we expected at all! I must say Dr Chang is amazing!! No problems with him! He was the only consistent one there.

Needed to get my eyes checked so made a visit to Vision Eye Care Centers of Hawaii. The staff took their time and explained the process and procedures they would be performing prior to my exam which I really appreciated. They were very knowledgeable and sincere about my concerns and made sure that all my questions were answered. It was a nice change to feel like I was also an important part of this exam! Many times we go to see professionals and we assume they are doing the right thing and have our best interest at heart and we have no input. I will definitely be returning to Vision Eye Care Centers of Hawaii

I didn't see the doctor. I had stopped in to see their selection of frames. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did end up placing an order. The associate that I saw was very knowledgeable regarding what my cost would be and broke down the insurance information in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would recommend this office to everyone
