Feeling sluggish...This is where I go to as the staff here is nice and friendly if you have any question or looking for that much needed relief as it can come in so many ways. Currently I feel so bloated with many issues going on with my personal experiences and not sure what the source is but was hoping to get it done holistically and not sure if it would work.Love that they have several options and decide to give them a try and hope for the best as it's been a few days and the discomfort had become an issue. It had been a long day so I was just browsing what they have available and actually kept it to a simple kombucha which they did have several options to choose from but was happy to have found one a the convenience at Ala Moana Center and located on the street level right beside Marshalls with lots of free parking it was a quick and easy stop...and yes I browse at Marshalls later as we all need some therapy which is why I love this location.Thank you!

Got the Macacao Smoothie. It's a little more liquidy than I usually like but I've been coming here for awhile and love the honey and peanut butter they use. It is on the more expensive side, but overall enjoyed the taste

I saw an Instagram about Vim n Vigor and knew I had to try it! It's a supplement store located near Marshall's and the Post Office in Ala Moana. However, they make really good wraps, sandwiches, and salads. They stop serving food about an hour before closing. I got a greek avocado wrap, which had olives, lettuce, tomatoes, feta, onions, and more on a spinach tortilla for $13. The wrap was so flavorful because of the dressing. We had a bigger order, and since there were only two people working, it did take some time. It's so worth it though! The workers were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back if I am craving something healthy!

If you're looking for a nutritious meal at the mall, Vim N Vigor has you! Their menu consists of extremely hefty and filling wraps. They also have some hot items available (like the chicken papaya soup). I wish I knew VNV sold food when I used to work at the mall. I was one of many who thought this store only sold vitamins and supplements. Although they do carry a large selection of holistic goodies, they also make fresh wraps and smoothies! My faves include:-Chicken curry salad -Chili bowl -Mint Green Smoothie-MaCaCaoThe smoothies are blended well and come in a larger size. As for their products, tons of holistic well being products available. If you have questions, ask one of their associates for assistance (or do a quick Google search). While waiting for my food, a handful of customers came in to say hi to the employees and pick up their restock of vitamins and supplements. I love that for them! I have been coming to vim and vigor since high school...it's the only place on my school bus route that carried natural foods drinks I enjoyed. I recently re-discovered this place as I have a client in alamoana - great place friendly and helpful. I enjoy supporting local businesses.

Location is right next to Marshall's, that ground floor garage area that has the post office and used to have Barnes and noble (is that still there?) and other lesser visited stores. Easiest to access from the area where longs and Sephora entrances from the garage side and walk down the stairs in the garage. The woman behind the counter was very sweet and solicitous and patient. This is not a place for fast food or service. Each smoothie we ordered was made one at a time and took quite a while to make but was made by her with intention and meticulously. We came here bc the hub needed his midday protein boost. He got the macacao w protein and it was a bit too sweet for him. I tasted it and thought it tasted fine. I got the gingerade and it was difficult to drink bc it was so gingery. Not just the flavor but the burning sensation in my throat and esophagus that lasted for a while even after I stopped drinking it. Neither of us could finish it. So this place is nice bc it's a small business and the woman working there is nice and I think the prices are reasonable. Difficult to find and also prolly would ask for no honey in the smoothie. And also maybe don't get the gingerade or ask for less ginger. Also don't be in a hurry.

My first time here, and I was in the area, just looking for something on the healthy-ish side. I came across this place, so I figured I'd try it out. I was second in line, behind somebody else having their order made. Once they left, the lady at the counter called over the people walking around the store, saying she can help them. So, I continued waiting patiently. 15 minutes in, another employee came around to help me. I ordered a chicken pesto burrito with avocado(paid extra of course).Once I got home to Hawaii Kai, I began eating one half of my burrito. I noticed with each bite, no avocado. Once I finished, I found some extra "protein" in it. This added protein made me throw away my other half of the burrito. I called to let them know I didn't get any avocado, and they said "sorry, totally forgot. You can return and we'll refund for the avocado." That's a 25-minute drive away. No thanks. I was sad, paying for a $15 burrito and not receiving what I paid extra for, but given extra "protein" that I am not sure what it is. End note: Don't forget to check your food before leaving.

The very tops in Honolulu for holistic cures! And the organic and vegetarian dishes are delightful ;P The staff is sooo helpful and knowledgable. Give it a whirl, whether you're kama'aina or a visitor -- guaranteed you'll be pleasantly surprised.

My neighbor surprised me with an avocado sandwich; my gosh it was onolicious. So, I had to go there and get a sandwich.As I walked into the store I was greeted (that's #1 for me).. The menu is small; which is great because too many items would be a harder decision and it would take too long to get your order, as customers were walking in to order off the menu. And of course they entice you with their variety of smoothies to top off your order. Perhaps one day I will order a smoothie. As I waited for my order to looked around the store ; there are a variety of Natural food and supplements, Baggu, all, kind of things interesting items! The gent working was like a walking encyclopedia as I overheard his conversation to a customer regarding supplements; knowledgeable employee who can address your questions about the supplements etc and a good thing.After the fact; I saw they had 2 violations that worried me. Yes, it was corrected BUT they need to adhere to the guidelines and NOT be cited again.If they are CITED, sorry but I will,not be returning for those delicious sandwiches and wraps.
