About 6 years ago, one of my girlfriends got married. Video 21 was awesome. So easy to work with because of their awesome personalities. 2 years ago, my sister got married. Video 21 again was awesome. Throughout my friends wedding 6 years ago and my sisters wedding 2 years ago..many couples (about at least 10 that I can count on the top of my head) I know have chosen to work with Video 21. Many have said because they are the the nicest people in the universe and they are excellent in what they do. Trust me. I already knew Video 21 was going to be my videographer one day. on 11/10/12 I got married. I am SO not the type to be in front of the camera. On my wedding day...it did not feel like I was being videoed....(is that even a word). Davis and Janice were like friends coming over to see what was going on. They make you feel so comfortable you don't even have to worry about being camera shy.Their personalities are just pure addicting. When Toney and I met with Davis and Janice to discuss our interest...we ended up staying/talking for 2 hours! We just talked and got a feel of what we wanted on our day and they were very attentive. I am always and still EVEN after getting married..i keep up with their videos and they just know how to capture every moment perfectly. I highly recommend Video 21 for all your video needs...you will not regret it. Just watching our Same Day Edits... I'll be honest, my wife is the one who found them. I'm not sure where she found them, but she thinks she found them from the wedding cafe. Their pricing is a little more then others, but for good reason. After I kept questioning her about the pricing, she assured me over and over that they would be worth every penny. Since she assured me enough times, I let it go and was just going to wait to see their work. On our wedding day, it was the first time I met them in person and they were both very friendly (Janis and Davis)! They introduced themselves and basically told us what they were going to be doing. One thing that stood out to me and I'll always remember is while they were setting up shop in our suite, I asked them if they needed me out of the way because I was very comfortable in a chair. They assured me that I could stay and the next thing I know, I was out cold. As the count down began and we started getting ready, they started shooting and told us what to do and to be natural. Davis was shooting the groom so he was very thorough of what he needed to make the video. He explained very clearly of what he wanted each groomsmen and groom to do. Everyone followed his directions without any problems, which made his job and our job that much easier. Throughout the pre-ceremony, ceremony, bridal pictures, and reception they were as if they weren't even there; meaning they weren't in the way. That's one thing I won't forget, they got the shots that were needed and we didn't even notice them. When it was time for the same-day edit and they started playing it, I realized that the work they do was great! Remember, the part where I fell asleep? Well they incorporated that into the video that I will always remember! Overall, I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. My wife was correct, they are very good at what they do and they are worth every penny! Their work is solid and I really enjoyed every minute of it. I would recommend Video 21 Productions to anyone in need of a videographer! I was very happy my wife found them to shoot our special day!

I can't believe it took me a year to post a review. BUT, in all fairness, I have an excuse - I had a baby! I booked Video 21 a year in advance of our wedding day because I experienced their work with my 3 girlfriends who hired them for their weddings. And let me tell you, they were all exceptional and tasteful - I was in awe!!! I sat down with Jancie and her husband twice before my wedding day because I had a vision of what I wanted my same-day-edit video to be -- and they were so courteous and accommodating towards me. Once the video played at my reception, I was blown away. It was more than I expected!!!!! If you don't believe me, visit their gallery and find out yourself. My video is awesome (smiley face) I still watch it all the time, so worth every penny. I am just so grateful to Video 21 for making my wedding day extra special. I can't express the feeling...but it's really good! I recommend them to all you brides seeking a videographer that will blow your mind. However, be prepared to pay a little extra, but it will be worth it; You won't regret it!!!

Janice and Dale are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We hired the owners, who happens to be married, to shoot our wedding ceremony and integrate a "how we met" video from another vendor into the ceremony highlights they shot that day. The video was seamless and you could see by looking out at the guests that it captured their full attention. We got many compliments on how great and beautiful the video came out. Some even said that that was the best wedding slide show they have ever seen. If you decide these are the videographers for you, you will not be disappointed.

Hands down one of the best video companies around! Davis and Janice are the best! They are so friendly, and professional. We got out Blu-ray in a timely manner, and we beyond happy with what we got. The video was crisp, clean, and captured our wedding day from start to finish. We couldnt have asked for more! The slideshow, the footage, and everything was fantastic! I cant wait to show this to my kids or grandkids one day! If u want a good product, go with these guys.....you wont be disappointed. After watching my video...i should have acted more like a clown, that day...lol! it would have been priceless, but its ok, i was a little nervious, but Davis was great to work on the wedding day, he just told me to have fun, act like the camera was not there, be yourself.....and the video will come out great. Awesome advice and i love our video and know that we made a great choice!!

We used this videographer for our wedding. It was pretty basic without any frills. My complaint was, we were given a timeline of when the video would be done and it wasn't. When I called to follow up, they said a few more weeks. I didn't think nothing of it. When I received our video, all of our faces were edited so we all look like a horror movie and we are crying. Very immature and unprofessional, as well as vindictive. I did not call to complain. We all laughed about it. In hind sight it is very disturbing this company would do something for a wedding video. There are so many good videographers out there. I would highly recommend to seek others.

I stand by everything I wrote in my review as is my right. No, I am not someone in the industry as you stated. I am a former customer. The fact that you won't take any responsibility for any of this is very telling, Davis. Attached is the invoice sent to me from Janice for "revising of the slideshow" even though it was your fault for not locating the file on the drive. Also attached is my email to Janice where I said I gave you the file directly while Janice met with another couple. I walked into your home and you were sitting right there at your computer. I conversed with you and handed you the drive. Don't say you don't meet with clients.

Video 21 provided amazing service to me on my wedding day. Davis and Janice's attention to detail made our highlight video amazing. The quality and overall service was outstanding. A few things that stand out for me is our first look venue experience. I had originally choosen a spot that I thought would be nice. Prior to getting there Davis had called me and told me that he found a spot that would be amazing and it was up to me if I wanted to switch. I did because I trusted his experience and once I saw the first look video I was absolutely speechless. The spot he had choosen was so much more than I had invisioned. Another thing that really stands out for me is Davis and Janice's exceptional customer service. My wedding dress had 12 bussels total and my maid of honor and bridsmaid was having a very difficult time bussling me in time (10 min duration). Janice came over and offered to help. She as able to get me ready in that short down time. All in all I would definately reccommend Video 21 to people requiring videography services.

Video 21 is the best. They are of course the sweetest couple you will ever meet. I am always so surprised that when I see them and they remember our names. They have so many clients and weddings but still take the time to make you feel like they were glad to be a part of your special day. Not only are they the nicest people but their videos are amazing. The one thing that my husband and I noticed was their editing skills. If you watch some of their samples they really know how to match moments to the words of the songs and beats. They slow down the picture to the beat of the music and speed up and "change" views or scenes to the beat as well. That is something that sets them apart from other companies. Also, they really know how to capture the special moments and definitely chose wisely for the wedding highlight video (that played for our guest at the reception). I am so glad to have the video from the beginning of our day till the end. Also, they have blue-ray and online links to your wedding video so that family can view the video. I 100% recommend them. They were absolutely worth the money- we got the most expensive package which includes footage of getting ready and they stay till the end of your wedding and it was definitely worth it. In sum, I would say they are an absolute MUST!
