I love vape kings, I feel like they're really quick and follow great protocols. Down fall: there's this one guy that always looks like he doesn't want to work. I get it, it might be busy, and we all have bad days. But it's the same every time I go there. When I order something online (curbside pick up) I still have to go inside to pick it up? Sometimes they don't have it in the store. Also, when you ask for recommendations it's always "whatever you prefer."... besides the staff, it's a great place lol.

Your morning worker wouldnt give me military discount with my spouse I.D because my spouse wasn't there although I presented a valid Military I.D. Never coming here again. I find that disrespectful

Never had bad service until tonight 5/28/23, guy seemed unhappy to be at work and when I asked his opinion on a specific vape brand, he replied with unnecessary attitude saying "idk how to answer that question" in an annoyed tone. Will never come back to give this place business; it is truly sad that this kind of place exists in Hawai'i. No Aloha.

Decided to check out this place today with my husband My recommendation of co workers. It has a convenient location located in Kapolei and parking is accessible. The store was neat and clean with excellent decor and technology. The staff welcomed us Immediately and came to our assistance. They were friendly and very helpful ! While I watched football on the big screen TVs my hubby shopped and was shown some new flavors of liquids. He bought 2 new flavors at an awesome price and signed up for an affordable membership giving him access and benefits of the new establishment!! Loved it - good job guys !

My only real go to for all my vaping needs!They've got a big assortment of mods and juices you can choose from here. It all looks very organized and very clean! Only downside is they don't sell 50mg for salt nic juice but that's okay.The place has also got a near VIP room where you can try juices to help you decide your next purchase. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable . I've come here plenty of times but I believe it's time to leave them a great review .If you plan on coming here regularly you should sign up with an account under them. It gives you I believe either a 10 or 15% off your purchase, after 10 purchases over I believe $25 or so you get a nice 30% your next purchase . Very great loyalty program! Once I got my 10 stars I was able to purchase a new mod !Nothing can beat the prices and benefits you get here. Everyone in the area should come through!

I was visiting the North Shores and I forgot my E-liquid back at the hotel. Had to make a quick stop, upon my arrival I was greeted. As an experience vaper, I knew what I wanted. But from a customer POV the employees were helpful. Definitely recommend this shop for a in & out stop.

Grump that's demeaning behind the counter, short with black hair. Work doesn't seem so stressful so I don't get it.

My boyfriend came just now to get a juice for his mod && NOT EVEN A SEC he was already coming out because an Asian boy with highlights && glasses had the WORST ATTITUDE! My bf was asking for recommendations && this guy was giving my bf a wise stink answer. None of the workers were helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR JUICE OR MODS ETC. If I could give a ZERO, I would most definitely would. The worst customer service ever over here!
