Had good interaction with sales rep. Showed him a rechargeable disposable vape i was using. He said didnt have that one but recommended hyde as he said it was rechargeable. Guess what? Its not rechargeable. Please have your reps know the products you sell.

Service was great but the juice I purchased had expired February of 2019... I hadn't realized that until I felt like it tasted funny and checked the bottle... I would advise checking the juices before you buy...Edit- ok so I also picked up a tank. It's complete trash. Serves me right for being in a hurry and just skipping my usual place. Just go to Volcano, you'll be happier.

Showed up at 6:45pm on a Friday and employee claimed he was already closing up and wouldn't let me purchase anything. Mall closes at 9:00pm. The hours on Google, mall website, and Yelp say 9:00pm- I also understand some businesses close at 7:00pm during this time but to avoid closing doors forever, employees should be capturing any business they can. However, this isn't the first time this has happened - I was a frequent shopper here, but will not be shopping here any more due to lazy kids who don't want to work and close whenever they choose to. Bad business. I would rather shop somewhere reliable.

staff dont even know their products. just sit there and watch their phone until someone knows what they want and print receipts. the guys dont work for vape escape, they work as a cashier and receipt printer.
