What a truly great experience it is to train and do yoga with Gina. She is a master yoga instructor! Gina is extremely intuitive and understands the body and how to adapt a class to the specific needs of individuals making her a first-rate instructor. I highly recommend her without any reservation whatsoever. I've enjoyed both personal one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions with my mother and step-father. It's a great way to treat yourself and feel good about it!

After giving birth my wife was not comfortable going to the gym with me anymore. We started doing small group workouts offered in our building in Hawaii Kai and that is how we met Gina. Her group sessions were fantastic, so we decided to book her for private sessions as well. It has been almost 2 months, and we can definitely notice a change in our eating habits, as well as physical appearances! Gina is super easy to be around, and is not overly pushy or trying to act like a drill sergeant. We definitely have fallen off our 2017 New Year's resolution, but now we feel like it's back on track. Normally I would've never considered doing private training sessions, but this has really been great for both of us and my wife is totally comfortable with Gina. The price has also been very reasonable as we decided to go with a monthly package. Would recommend to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change with their diet and fitness routines. Mahalo Gina!

Gina has been a key part in my ankle injury recovery. After my ankle injury Gina has used her expertise and experience in training to help me gain balance and strength back into my ankle her training also assisted the pain and healing process after such an injury. Knowledge and flexibility in her field make her an amazing trainer I would continue to see for yoga and many other classes that she offers in a group or one on one.
