Came here this past weekend, on a Saturday, about an hour and a half before closing time. There were a few others ahead of us, as I was bringing my two kids in, who turned out to have RSV and and ear infection. They got us in pretty quickly, and the Doctor that saw my kids, (Dr. Erik?) was really nice and helpful. He worked with the kids really well! I've had plenty of people tell me not to take little kids to urgent care because they don't usually have pediatricians on duty. But he did really well and they liked talking to him. I like that nowadays, the waiting time isn't so long. I was really surprised with that considering it's the holiday season, and on a weekend. Anyway, I recommend coming to this urgent care if you're in need to do so. I've been here for myself a few times too.

Wowza the wait is long... waited 3.5 hours coming here in a Sunday morning for an ear infection that's been bugging me. Check in was easy, they text you to fill out some things online if you've never been here before. Plenty of parking, you could choose to wait inside or in your car and they'll call you when you're up. They give you an estimated time but mine exceeded those 3 hours and I went in to ask what number I was in. 2 were still ahead of me and then went to the waiting room finally after waiting an additional 20 minutes. I would suggest calling ahead if you want to know if it's worth waiting that long or how long the wait is. They only had one provider working but everybody there were professional and friendly. Doctor was personable and it only took her 3 minutes to tell me I had an ear infection which I already knew. She sent the prescription to my pharmacy and I got a text less than 30 minutes saying it was ready. Overall, good experience if you are desperate but I was seen faster at the Pali Momi ER than this one. I'll try a different one next time if I had a chance because the wait is too long.

I could understand this place taking so long if it was actually busy when I walked in but I spent 45 min waiting to be seen then when I actually had a nurse it seemed like she didn't want to look at any of my actual symptoms, she just wanted to run a covid test. Mind you, I'm paying out of pocket because I've been having issues with my companies enrollment. So I'm paying $200 for literally NOTHING because it doesn't even cover a basic checkup. And then I had to wait another hour. Long story short.... I was about to rip into these people but the second person that showed up Eric, actually cared about his patient and did a routine check up on me. This guy literally saved me from giving a 1 star rating, all BS aside.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!! This urgent care doctor, Dr. Della, is so inconsiderate!! Does not listen when my daughter continuously is saying SHE IS NOT IN PAIN, JUST HAD IRRITATION AND REDNESS, BUT NO PAIN! Prescribed something and said it would help with pain. Said to take Tylenol in addition if it doesn't help with the pain. My daughter said THREE TIMES that she has NO PAIN. Then! This lady jabs my daughter in the frickn ear with a swab and causes her the only pain she feels today after visiting your "urgent" "care". Over an hour later and she still has the pain. Not to mention!!! There are forms asking which pharmacy, in addition to being verbally asked BY THE DOCTOR what pharmacy she needs the prescription called into. My daughter is waiting at Pearl City Walmart which cannot be mistaken by anything else, and it's right there by your office, yet the doctor called the prescription into somewhere COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!! What an inconvenience! Oh and just to add, this doctor had zero respect for patient privacy and she's speaking so damn loud for all to hear of my daughter's health issues. I have had issues with this place twice before. This is the THIRD TIME, so I refuse to refrain from this review.

Got seen quick, not sure why I had to fill out online form and in person form when it asks for the same information. But i appreciate the speedy service. I only came in for a chest cold, but I got vitals measured within 10 min, waited 30 min in the examination room, then Dr saw me, diagnosed the illness, and prescribed a treatment with instructions and a doctor's note. I was in and out within an hour.

The receptionist today was very welcoming and very patient & friendly. She explained the procedure for registering very thoroughly. Dr Thomas Carr is excellent ! I feel confident of his diagnosis. I appreciate that he was very kind. very patient, compassionate & even funny at times. I believe humor is important in even the most serious settings. He explained everything that they were testing for & explained the medical terminology for the diagnosis. All urgent care doctors should be like Dr Carr !

Arrived before opening on Sunday morning, no other patients waiting. Friendly Receptionist greeted me as she opened the office & let me in a few minutes early as she prepared for the day. Checked in quickly & smoothly. Seen by Justine soon after & vitals done. Dr. Davis checked my ear infection, provided me immediate relief, took a culture & had my ear flushed of built up gunk. Super informative, friendly & prompt. Clean facility. Best Urgent care I've been to over the years hands down.

Really don't know why I even come here. I always think to myself that this time might be different. Walked in with 3 people sitting in the waiting room. Watched all 3 get checked and leave, waited another 15 minutes before they called us in. A man who needed stitches removed came in after us and I heard him leave before we were even seen by a doctor. The nurse tested my daughter for Covid/flu which I understand that we needed to wait for the results but it seemed like they wanted the results before seeing us just so they had something to diagnose her with versus actually taking a look at her. Just because we came in for a "cough" doesn't mean we deserve to wait a longer period of time and there should be no sense of "urgency". Of course I would've been more understanding if it was busy but the fact that there was one and maybe one other person after us and no one in the waiting room when we left. It should've been a much quicker process.

Accompanied my Grandmother here as she was coughing and had a bad side pain. We got in at 12pm and there were a handful of people there. We sat and waited for an hour for her to get called in and given a room only to wait some more. It's now 2:10pm, my grandmother fell asleep on the bed and no one has come in to see her after taking down her symptoms yet I've walked out to use the restroom and saw others who I haven't seen being taken in to other rooms to get seen by the doctor. Finally at 2:13pm the doctor comes in checks her for a minute and now tells us to wait for her to get a chest xray done. This is getting relentless and ridiculous. Urgent isn't urgent here.

I walked in without an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful: receptionist, nurses, technician, doctor. I was seen within 10-15 minutes; examined, x-rayed, evaluated, and treated with care and politeness. Prescriptions were sent to my provider and available within a couple of hours, and recommended treatment seems to be effective. Highly recommended.
