Uncle's Handmade Ice Cream

Wow! Just bought a lilikoi ice cream sandwich for an Aloha United Way fundraiser to support Maui relief efforts! Win-win: Uncle's definitely makes an elevated dessert, with attentiveness to all components of the sandwich, which is huge! Sugar cookies taste homemade and the ice cream is superlative, bursting with fresh, farm-to-table lilikoi tang!

Amazing!!! First time I tried these ice cream sandwiches and I got them from Whole Foods. I picked the bourbon pecan sandwich and it had snickerdoodle cookies. Perfect combination. I need to get more!

Someone brought these to the the office today to thank us for our hard work . All these ice creams were cookie ice cream sandwiches (ice cream sandwiched with soft cookies). There were a variety of ice cream sandwiches with different flavors/cookies to choose from. I couldn't decide and wish I could have one of each. Eventually, I settled with the snickerdoodle with vanilla ice cream with colorful sprinkles around (I forgot to take a picture). I must say, the ice cream tasted really good, creamy, and with pure milk (not watered down milk). Cookies tasted like fresh/home made. Beats Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie sandwiches any day in my books. My coworker who work next to me had the cookies and cream (pictured) and he thought it was delicious! There was salted caramel, coffee flavor, and chocolate that my other coworkers got and said they were awesome! I will definitely try out other cookie sandwiches from this business. Thumbs up! Support local businesses.

Saw these at the Lawson stores in Honolulu! Tried two flavors: dark chocolate cookie with mint chocolate chip ice cream, and their sugar cookie with lilikoi ice cream. Both were really good--cookies were soft and chewy, and ice creams were delicious. My favorite was the lilikoi! I wish I could just buy a whole gallon of the lilikoi ice cream--it's that good!

When it comes to ice cream sandwiches, nothing beats Uncle's!They're sold all over the island and their website has a useful map to show you which stores carry them. There are many unique flavors but 'It's A Party!' is my favorite! They've literally mastered the art of ice cream sandwiches: perfect cookie texture and smooth ice cream consistency. These sandwiches are also massive - perfect for sharing! I heard they also have mini ice cream sandwiches at Whole Foods. #supportlocal

I found Uncle's Ice cream on Ford Island the first time. They look so good I had to try it. I really wanted to try Salted Caramel but they looked very melted so I decided on Funky Monkey. The cookies are very good. It can get messy cuz it melts fast. The second time around, I found their products at Nex comissary. Now I know the comissary is gonna be the place for me to get Uncle's. My favorite is Lilikoi. It is not too sweet and refreshing.

What a refreshing way to cool down during the heat wave! Never knew this ice cream stand existed until I saw it at Mililani High School First Fridays. Owners are very helpful and courteous in customer service. Inquired what are their best selling items. Top three best selling ice cream sandwiches are sea salt caramel swirl, north shore coffee, and funky monkey. I have a tendency to go for exotic ice cream flavors. Ordered their special matcha swirl. Be prepared to pay $5 for one, open your mouth wide for thickest, humongous ice cream sandwich! Worth every cent. Yummy, flavorful matcha sandwiched between two sugar chocolate cookies. What I loved is the ice cream takes a long time to melt and the cookies hold their structure while taking a bite. Definitely want to try all of their flavors as it looks soooo scrumptious and appealing to ice cream lovers! Even my son and husband who is not too fond of very exotic flavors asked for a few bites and loved the matcha swirl ice cream sandwich.

Oh my freaking goodness!! BEST ICE CREAM SANDWICHES EVERRRRR!Tasty ice cream and tasty cookies - despite being frozen in the freezer, the cookies remain soft and chewy, which blows my mind because they're amazing!My favorite (so far) is the funky monkey. I can't wait to try the vegan options at Veg Fest tomorrow.Thanks for a delicious product!

OMG SOOOO YUMMMYY!! The Foodland cashier up sold it and here we are with a new found fave "ice cream sammich" for dessert!! i regret buying only 1 I need to visit their home location and can't wait to try the rest of the other flavors!

Made in Hawaii Nei! When I see it I gotta grab it. Sometimes it might be too cold/hard when you buy it. Just gotta let it wait about 3-5 min before it's softer.Mud Pie! Wish they made 1 gallon 5 gallon versions in the store! Expand and open the market a bit.
