This is a tiny but might shop in the Manoa Marketplace. Little Plum is next to it and Lady Elaine is a partnership with the Corner Store amongst friends. Ask Hayden the story behind Lady Elaine. It's wonderful! But he is also very knowledgeable with the selection of wines they have which vary in price to meet all pallets. They also have wine tastings on Friday at 5pm. Ask to sign up on the email list to know which region will be selected. They also have other items such as shoyu, oils, pens, books as well as other eclectic but fine features to purchase. The wines at Lady Elaine's can also be purchased here. Support this fine establishment.

The confusion...I was searching for this shop that seems like it has some interesting and specific types of items since i was in the area but was slightly confused of the signage when I arrived at Manoa Marketplace.Uncle Paul's Corner Store is in the back end of the shopping center right beside the play area where the shop sign is actually displayed though right under it is actually Little Plum which I found out is part of it.Walking into this cozy shop the first thing i see is a bottle of Truffle Oil and already had me in love...yum! As I browsed further it was such a lovely sight to see so many other unusual items making it an interesting experience. I noticed a room with a large table all set at it's a private room for Little Plum (which used to be a bank vault)...how cool!I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here as I did purchase the trufffle oil along a bottle of shoyu, a great shop to find that something different for yourself or gift.Thank you!

What a hidden gem and wonderful surprise to stumble upon after our lunch at Little Plum! I had no idea that Lady Elaine and Little Plum have the cutest sister wine shop. They have an awesome selection of wine and curated cooking and household products. They also have a private dining room for events. The service was great and I'll be back to visit their shop puppy named Ruby who is the most adorable golden doodle!

Walking into Uncle Paul's Corner Store gives off a very cool vibe. The store contains knick knacks, books, foodie items, old and new school things to purchase or just check out. The fact that the former Bank of Hawai'i safe/vault is located in the back of the store and is in the process of being converted into a seating area for future events, is exciting and would be perfect for wine tastings and small foodie gatherings. Hayden provided great information and future plans for the wine shop as soon as its liquor license is fully processed and obtained. I wish them the best in their endeavors. You can sign up for upcoming events by providing your email to them. See Hayden for more information. Great attentive service found here at Uncle Paul's Corner Store!Overall: 5/5 stars

My husband's been looking for this wine he had at Morton's at wine shops but could never find it. I came across Uncle Paul's Corner store when I took my kids to the shopping center walked in to look around and asked if they had this wine. They didn't have it but took down my info and said they will see if they could order or get it. A few weeks went by and they told me they were able to get it. Yay! My husband was super happy! Thank you we will definitely be back and order more

Uncle Paul's corner store is one of three new spots opening in Manoa Marketplace. The space is very unique as it was previously a bank. The interior newly updated has kept some of the bank charm including some very thick concrete looking blocks that encase their private room (I assume to hold their tastings which won't happen until they get their liquor license). The items sold here are very interesting and unique. Some of the unique food items I have only recently been introduced to in the last few years include Calabrian peppers, chili oil, yuzu kosho paste, and specialty shoyu. They also have a large table of books, steam up display of small cocktail appliances and glasses. A great place if you want to get a special gift for someone or try a new ingredient for a dish. I got two new things to try that seemed interesting: codfish with parsley pate and ras el hanout seasoning. There is ample parking at Manoa marketplace and lots of spots (no garage). There are other businesses opening up in Manoa as well so I'm glad there is a bit of revitalization here. It seemed there were tenants going out and no one occupying these vacant spaces. Glad to see it's a local group who are part of and involved with the Manoa community as well!

Unique store situated in the Manoa Marketplace. I found Spanish Iberian Ham potato chips held in my Uncle Paul's reusable bag shown below. Courteous cashier and polite service. The ambiance is very cute with all kinds of interesting items tucked away on the square shelf spaces. Many items for the wine enthusiast.

Ever walk into a store and feel at home? Like everything in the store was ordered for you?Uncle Paul's feels like that for me.A customer service oriented, food-centric specialty shop...Just...Brilliant. From the time you walk in, you get the feeling that the store was carefully and consciously curated. The books, magazines, and all the publications had me interested right away. Then, it was the tools and gadgets. And then, it was the food and beverages. In spite of all the unique and hard to find products, the best part of the visit was Hayden.Hayden welcomed us to the shop, was personable, and very attentive. He had expert product knowledge of the items in the store, and was quick to explain what's here and what's to come. Its always nice to have a 'professional' take care of you when you shop...and Hayden will be the reason we return.

Love the addiiton of Uncle Paul's Corner Store to Manoa Marketplace! I appreciate the selection of food related items - from publications, to dinnerware, to tinned fish, to locally crafted goods. Enjoyed the free wine tasting last Friday - such a nice, mellow way to end the week and start the weekend.
