Uncle Glenn's Hawaiian Food

Uncle Glenn's also does fundraising. I recently purchased a fundraising plate with kalua pork, squid luau, chicken long rice, lomi salmon and rice for $15. It was for a high school that was fundraising for a school trip for spring break. The Hawaiian food was delicious. My favorite is the squid luau. It's a little on the sweet side which I prefer. The kalua pork was moist with a nice smoky flavor. They gave a generous amount of rice. I will be back for my Hawaiian food fix.

I really love Uncke Glenn's! So conveniently located, (in the former Cafe Kalawe) spot. The staff is always so friendly, the service is great and the food is ono! And the prices are very reasonable! I usually order the Kalua, laulau, squid lau, but everything here is ono! This is take out only. Lots of parking in front or back of the building. Please support small local business!

Recommend!!! Delicious Hawaiian food and super affordable!!! This was my first time trying this place, found it on Yelp. I definitely will plan to go back next time I'm in the area.Located inside a business building in the open area on the first floor. Be aware of their business hours. They are not open everyday. Yelp reviews were confusing at first because it talks about it at a farmers market as well. But they have a instagram page that explains more. I ordered the mini squid luau and chicken long rice combo, comes with a big scoop of white rice. It definitely hit the spot! Sooo good! Perfectly seasoned and was so hot and fresh. The plate was $7.00! Take out only. Parking, Small lot out front.

I have been here a few times now and my absolute favorite is definitely the pastele stew! Sorry I never took a pic of that but I have tried a few other things as well. Pictured is the mixed plate with fried noodles, garlic shrimp and Kalbi and the other plate pictured is their ahi katsu. They always have lots of different specials so go check it out to see what other things are on the menu for the day. All the things I mentioned in my review were all specials so gotta go at different times of the week to get different things! Lines are long because the food is yummy but it's totally worth it! Sometimes they even have special desserts, my favorite was the kulolo lumpia that they served with ice cream, Mac nuts and a coconut sauce it was honestly the best dessert I have ever had!

Went on friends recommendations. Located in an office building first floor on the back end, off the court yard, take out only! Lots to choose from and value mini selections too!On this Monday,ordered a Kalbi w/ black bean shrimp & mini squid luau. Customers were before me and already picked so I didn't have a long wait.Food came out after 10 minute wait. Nicely packaged, went home to eat. The presentation on both entrees were very nice. One scoop of white rice & can whole corn accompanied the shrimp & short ribs.To mydisappointment the ribs were not tenderized & were tough & chewy. The flavor was deliciousthe fat cut off & the shrimp was tasty.The squid luau was perfect & served with a scoop of white rice. For $21.00 total this was value & aunties tenderize the Kalbi & I would rate you 5 starsLooking forward to returning!

Tofu Poke! Mini Laulau's! Tuna Mac! What is not to love about Uncle Glenn's Hawaiian Food! We catered lunch for our team to celebrate a milestone and we turned to Uncle Glenn's Hawaiian Food knowing they would not disappoint and our team left full, with plenty packing up to-go plates and nonstop questions about where the food was ordered from and if they could get the contact.Shana was quick to respond and easy to work with. We gave her our selections and she came back with the breakdown including a reasonable delivery fee. Her delivery team was timely, flexible and knowledgeable of how to store the pans since delivery was scheduled a hour before the actual lunch would begin.If you're thinking about catering for a little (or big) paina of your own, highly recommend ordering the mini laulau! It's the perfect portion size for all your guests and don't think mini means mini pieces of pork because that laulau is stuffed to perfection!We initially ordered tofu poke thinking that it would be a favorite for our vegan and vegetarian folks but EVERYONE loved it! Sadly, that was one of the items we under ordered and it still haunts me to this day. lol! So don't let this be you, order plenty, it'll be a hit for all of the carnivores too!Tuna Mac, not your traditional Mac salad and I know sounds a little sketch but don't knock it till you try it! Just like the rest of the food, delicious, 10 out of 10!Overall, such a great and delicious experience with Shana and her team at Uncle Glenn's! We'll definitely be back for more!

Good local style hawaiian food. Found at Windward Mall Farmers Market now as well. Good reasonable prices for Ono food.Got mini squid luau, one scoop rice (hearty scoop), and Good size portion squid luau. Super nice and tender perfect actually squid, luau in the coconut milk was little bit on the sweeter side for me but still so ono and tender I was happy.

Lucky me!! I was in Kaneohe on one of their shop days. Not just any shop day but on an Aloha Friday! Everything I've tried here has been ono. Like tasty and fresh! I've had bland Hawaiian food, ngl. I used to visit during farmers market days but I'm glad they have a store front now. I'd like to write about my fave, the squid luau! The squid luau here is perfect. It has the perfect amount of sweet, leaf, and pieces of squid. The $5 mini squid luau is a steal! Actually most of the items on the menu are deals. Super Ono-licious Hawaiian food, and excellent customer service. Loved working with Shana for our school soccer banquet. She made the process smooth and seamless, and took good care of us . Excellent delivery service and super friendly and helpful driver who dropped off our food ! Will for sure use them again. ! Mahalo Uncle Glenn's!

This business made us some good-tasting Hawaiian food. The staff were friendly, and the squid lū'au was delicious.There isn't seating at the establishment. There are a few benches that one could eat at in the center of the office building the establishment is located in, though.
