Ugly Cupcakes & More

I love this place have great cupcakes. I became a cook cake fan years ago when I was dating a woman who was making cupcakes and brought me them on my first date some high-end very good cupcakes that's why I went out with her to be frankly honest . She now looks like she makes cupcakes, but it's one of the drawbacks I guess for being in that business is it can't be healthy surrounded by cupcakes. Never trust a fat chef as well as never trust a person in the health industry who's fat . But I digress - these are the best cupcake makers even better than she was, and she could make some hell of a cupcakes. If you're in the area, grab a coffee grab a cupcake. They're very good. They're very nice people as well.

I really liked their strawberry cupcake with mochi on top! Their macarons look very good & pretty but I never tried them. I think I will try their macarons next time I go. It also looks like it would make a great gift! I highly recommend their cupcakes!

After seeing this business on Yelp I came to check it out, especially since it's new and close to where I live. Located on the second floor of Westgate plaza in Waipahu, it's a small shop in the middle part of the plaza. They had samples of their cupcakes and baklava to try and a variety of bakery goods for purchase. I bought two cupcakes and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was very dry on the outside layer. I wasn't impressed and wouldn't buy it again. The cupcakes however, were quite divine. I got the vanilla cupcake with pineapple filling and my hubby got the vanilla cupcake with the strawberry filling and we sampled each other's selection. The cake was moist and the fillings was quite flavorful. The frosting was more on the sweet side but that's my preference in a cupcake. Today when I went they were giving out balloons to kids and my daughter got one. The staff is very friendly and I will be back to try other cupcake flavors very, very soon.

Yay! New cupcake place at the Westgate Center in Waipahu. They have fun cupcakes and they cost $2-$3. They also sell scones, brownies, sandwiches, rolls, coffee and canned drinks.They also offer a seating area right outside the shop.

I had a high hope for this place, seeing all the 5 stars on yelp. This store is located on the second level so you can't see it from outside. Their pricing is rather reasonable, except the macarons. I have tried their cupcakes, rice krispy treats, cake pop and macarons. Honestly everything is waaaaaay too sweet. I could not really taste the flavor because it was so sugary. The lady is super sweet but this place was not for me at all. If you like cakes from Walmart and made out of box, you might like their products.

OMG YOU GUYS!I'm seriously torn about telling all of Oahu about this place or keeping this hidden, tucked away gem all to myself! It's that good! Parking in the plaza for paying customers of any store there. If you go up the stairs in the middle of the plaza to the second floor, make a left, a right & then it's the very first shop on your left. You'll see a whiteboard with all of the goodies she has on sale, along with the flavors & prices (how convenient!)The shop is cute & small but these cupcakes, they pack a punch! I love anything carrot & cheesecake, so of course I get the carrot cheesecake cupcake... I also got the strawberry cheesecake. The cupcake is moist, I could tell it was gonna be good by how the paper stuck to its moisture lol. There's actually carrot pieces inside, and you can even see the spices in there. I believe there's cream cheese icing on top, delish! And there's pecans sprinkled on top of that. When you bite inside, there's the best cream cheese filling to top it all off!Listen, I could eat a dozen of these...... in one sitting!12/10 recommend!

I've been wanting to come here since they opened and glad we finally made it. They are located above leeward drive inn on the second floor. If you walk up the stairs in the middle, just turn left.It's a small cute place but yet there a lot to select from. We ordered the pumpkin, red velvet. Butterfingers, and strawberry cheese. All of them did not disappoint. They were the perfect blend of flavor. A lot of times you eat a cupcake and either the cupcake is dry or the frosting is too sweet....not the case here. Most of their prices range from $2.75-$3. The owners are also very friendly.We will definitely be back!!

Came here to get birthday cupcakes for my FIL. They are located on the second floor of the West Gate shopping center in Waipahu. The places I venture for yelp!! Today was the last day of their grand opening, so everything was 50% off! They also had great sample mini cupcakes. I tried the mini red velvet, it was delicious! They also had samples of their vanilla cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes, and eclairs! The eclair was yummy as well! We ordered 5 cupcakes. Pineapple, vanilla with strawberry filling, cookies and cream, red velvet with cheesecake, and their ube crunch! I can't wait to try them all! I also purchased a mini chocolate drip cake. The owners were very nice and they also give military discount of 10%. I hope to be back! Try them out for delicious sweet treats!!

The name is what intrigued me at first and after reading all the great reviews I thought it would be a great place to get some birthday cupcakes for a friend. This hidden gem is on the second floor of the Westgate Plaza in Waipahu.Such a great find!!! The owner is so sweet too! She helped us pick out an assortment of flavors & I couldn't have been happier. There's other baked goods to choose from but on this trip I just got cupcakes. I will definitely be back to try more!

OVERALL4.5 stars. I don't have a sweet tooth but I do appreciate a good dessert. There's potential here for the remaining half star, but overall if I were to buy dessert to gift, I'd pick this shop over say Zippy's or other local bakeries at this price point. The owners are creative, honest and know their cupcakes. The flavors are more typical than outlandish (this likely sells better than some of the extreme flavorings) but believe they may do custom orders if asked, which can be great for kids' birthdays or office parties.SERVICEFor the past year, I've been able to try a variety of items and each time it's delivered with a smile!FLAVORS (favorites, in no particular order)-Strawberry-Dark Chocolate (Death by Chocolate)-Lemon (okay I like their fruit-flavors in general)-Cookies and cream-Red velvet -Matcha macaroons (subtle but delicious...think a crispier crust/shell than other places but the flavor is on point)With so many sweet shops opening on the island, you've lots of choices but if on the west side of Oahu, this is a definite dessert option!
