Twelve Tribes

This place used to be cool about 10 years ago but has gone way downhill. It's now basically a tourist trap with cheap clothes. Obviously, the aloha print gear they get comes straight from China. You're better off going to an ABC store.

WOnderful shop to find clothing, incense, soaps,pipes and jewelry. I got a dress for 10 dollars here and some pants that are very soft and comfy. The vibe is good, the people friendly and it has been here a while. Love this place!

I took my mom and sister in last week while they were here visiting from Texas, and we all ended up buying things!! We'd been into numerous other shops around the island and they were having a hard time finding things, but Amber at Twelve Tribes was EXCELLENT!! She was very informative about the various artists and suppliers they featured, and she went the extra mile to help us find the perfect gifts for my nieces! This is my favorite store on the North Shore, for sure!!

This is an adorable shop with clothing/products from lots of local artisans. My daughter got a pair of shorts with all kinds of mixed floral patterns and little lace & crochet work pockets. They are very special. She also got a pair of shorts that had been hand tie-dyed by someone local. It was fabulous to find a shop with such unique items instead of the usual souvenir junk.
