Located next to down to earth in Aiea. Lots of parking right outside of Tropics Mini Golf and next to down to earth. I haven't been her in years, didnt even know it was still open. We came here for a birthday party. My children had so much fun. It took them a while to go through the course because there was a lot of little ones at one time. The party had brought in their own food and drinks. Like I said my children had fun, we definitely will be coming back.

A super fun activity to play with friends/family or even on a date! Located behind Down to Earth Pearlridge. You can choose to play 9 or 18 holes. Before or after you play, they serve Texas style BBQ - their meats are smoked and cooked slowly for 8-10 hours which makes it extra tender and yummy! This is everything we got - Brisket Chili Bowl (new menu item), Loaded Tots, Pulled Pork Sliders, Brisket Plate, Bentos - pulled pork and pork belly. The brisket chili bowl, loaded tots, and pulled pork sliders were my favorites!!! The brisket plate was a bit tough the day I went which was a little disappointing. They also have shave ice and other frozen treats! You can make your reservations online. General admission fee is $12.75 and kama'aina/military fee is $10.95. NOTE: they are closed on Tues & Wed.

We've come here several times but it's been about 3 years. Many changes have happened and it looks great. We loved the added pond with koi. The food was great. Prices are really good too. The tater tots were crispy and crunchy! All 6 of us got bento's. It was plenty of food for one person. Service was great. The guy that was taking our order was patient with our family of 6. He actually got us in earlier than we expected. We will definitely be coming again very soon. We all had a great time!

Beautiful area, fun activity to do IF you don't mind waiting... it wasn't completely busy when me and my fiance went but there was like 2 parties behind us. We aren't great golfers so it took us forever... but being considerate and not wanting to hog the play

Raised in Aiea! never heard of this place, until my daughter took the grandkids here 1 month ago. Thought we would check it out since we were at Pearlridge. Place looks pretty inviting from the outside. My grandson age 5 yrs. old wanted to play golf.. Very clean and the food was the bomb! For $15 we had pulled pork & briskets..amazing! You gotta check this place out, they're always Sold Out!!The shave ice was a steal for $4.75 with vanilla ice cream, so smooth and delicious!

Located right next to down to earth across from pearlridge mall. They have their own parking in front of the of their entrance.Came in on a Sunday around 3:45pm and there was only a few other groups. Lots of sitting room with benches and umbrellas. It is on a very lush and green course. Bring bug spray as there are mosquitos. It is very pretty with all the trees and a little waterfall with koi fish. It's a cute little course especially for the smaller ones.Took us about an hour or so. They also have food and drinks. Nice little afternoon spot for the family. Prices are very fair and reasonable.

Discovered a culinary haven at Topics Mini Golf tucked behind Whole Foods in Aiea! This unexpected gem not only offers a fantastic mini golf experience but also takes your taste buds on a savory journey with their unbeatable Texas-style BBQ. The service here was amazing, with friendly staff ready and excited to answer any questions you may have. 10/10 Our flavor adventure began with the pulled pork sliders served on soft taro buns - a delightful Hawaiian twist! The tenderness of the pork paired with the unique taro flavor was a match made in BBQ heaven. But that's not all - the pulled pork loaded tater tots were a game-changer. Crispy tots generously topped with succulent pulled pork, creating a symphony of textures and tastes in each bite. It's a winning combination that's hard to resist. For the ultimate BBQ indulgence, we opted for the two-meat plate featuring perfectly smoked brisket and pork belly. The meats, slow-cooked for 8-10 hours, achieved a heavenly smokiness that elevated the entire dining experience. When it comes to sauces choose your adventure with their variety of flavors- whether you're a heat seeker with hot sauce, a classic BBQ lover, or prefer a tangy twist from their house-made sauce, they've got you covered. The ambiance, combined with the delectable aroma of the smoking BBQ, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. Prices are surprisingly affordable, making it a must-try for both food enthusiasts and mini golf aficionados. Topics Mini Golf isn't just a putt-putt paradise; it's a hidden culinary gem delivering of flavors through their thoughtfully crafted Texas-style BBQ menu. Aiea's best-kept secret is out - the Hawaii bbq scene better watch out because these guys are a force to be reckoned with.

Tropics Mini Golf is located next to the Down to Earth store, in the old Toys R' Us space in across from Pearlridge Center. I've never been to mini golf and we decided it would be a fun thing to try. Works well as a casual date activity. There are 18 holes and the golf course area is 1 1/2 football fields long. I liked that we could choose the color of the gold ball we used. The worker was friendly and explained how everything worked. This is their website, https://tropicsminigolf.com/ and you can find them on IG @tropicsminigolf There are a few different admission rates. General, Kama'aina, military, senior, and kids. They offer the venue for parties/ celebrations and larger groups at different package rates. You can book your Tee Time on their website to guarantee your spot. "Scheduling a tee time has become the new normal at TMG. We have been getting a lot of positive feedback and our customers are enjoying their experience more. The best part of the new system, no waiting to play and it won't be crowded when you come. Setting up a tee time is required to play. We recommend scheduling in advance to guarantee your spot before you come. Its highly recommended on the weekends. You can walk in without scheduling ahead also. If you come in without an advanced reservation we will schedule you for the next tee time we have available. We keep some spots open for groups of 2-3. If your group is 2-3 and you come in or call its possible that we could fit you in even if our tee time system online isn't showing an open time."They offer food including Texas BBQ plates (Our meats are cooked slowly onsite for 8-10 hours. We use our own secret recipe of seasonings and the proper combination of hickory and mesquite wood to make the best BBQ on the island), nachos, tater tots and fries, sides, keiki meals, shave ice and ice cream. We didn't try the food so I can't comment, but it's convenient that they offer it here. There are some tables with umbrellas in the front for dining. The trees and plants were a bit overgrown, but they did a really good job of providing shade. We did lose a ball in the bushes but then we found another ball to use, so win win? ;D When it did rain some of the drizzles fell through. Nothing unbearable though but with heavy rain I'm not sure. As you're out in the open here, there's no covering around the holes. Around the first and last hole there is a waterfall that goes into a koi pond. The fishes are bright and colorful. I think it adds to the ambiance. There were areas that could use some fixing up and maintaining, but overall most of it wasn't super run down. For the price and experience, it's not bad.I liked the Tiki Spinners they had at certain holes. You would spin it and follow the directions on where it landed. These kept the game interesting and fun. There was one hole where after spinning the spinner, I was allowed to throw the ball by hand and that got me a hole in one LOL. Ironic as I was joking about bowling with the golf ball earlier.I'd say if you haven't yet, try it out! Have fun golfing :)

Food: Friday night and 12 of us went for brisket. No brisket available. Very disappointed. We ordered the pork belly and though it wasn't crispy, it was tasty. Just a small portion. We were still hungry. Garden: very tropical cute. Surprised how small the mini golf with 18 holes was. But a challenging course which was good. Service was good no complaints. Just order at the window .
