Now that I look back at the situation. I think they just tried to imitate my ring and had given me the copy. When I first brought it in, the lady didn't recognize the design and said they don't make that design anymore because it was so old but their Palm tree engraving was marked on the inside. Idk why they would try to cover up with a story like "someone had the exact same initials as you"‍ ...and yes to accidentally almost hitting me the ring sizer (she was careless and pointed it at me while poking it through the ring) ...and no to offering a refund until after the fact I posted a complaint. Also on another note, I went grocery shopping with it the same day I picked it up and after pushing the shopping cart, it flattened the shank/bottom side of the ring. So I got it fixed again but of course with another company (and it never lost its shape). Other than that, yes they have been around for years and I admit their store was cool looking.

I needed to get a present for my girlfriend. I went to the Dole Cannery location after being referred by a friend. When I got there I was amazed by the selection and then there was a factory whose workers I could see behind the glass. It was so cool to see the process of jewelry making and Shawn took me on a tour. I ended up getting two plumeria earrings and one plumeria pendant. Safe to say I was the hero of the day! My girlfriend loved it and I love the fact is a lifetime warranty on their product. If anything ever happens they will fix it. With Mother's Day coming up I've already decided what I'm going to get my mother for her special day. Great Team I met a few members of the family, Shawn, Gene, and Debi at the location. It's a local family business that has been around for over 30 years. #SupportLocal

Wife and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary and wanted to get commemorative jewelry. We were recommended this place by our concierge and was happy to have found it. Kinda hidden in the Dole Cannery. Debbie and Yuma were very friendly and helpful. Plus prices are very reasonable

I have taken several pieces of jewelry to them for repair - they turned out perfect, just like new. Tiffany's wouldnt stand behind their merchandise - a bracelet was ready to break & they wanted to charge me $200+! $40 later at Tropical Creations & it is repaired. Their jewelry is gorgeous, very unique pieces. I promise you will love them!

Awesome family owned business. Customer service has always been great. I've referred friends and they've thanked me because they were treated so well and the pricing was lower than they expected. It's a hidden gem in Iwilei, at the Dole Cannery, next to the food court.

Chad at Tropical Creations was fantastic and so helpful. I had two Hawaiian Heritage Heirloom rings that had taken a lot of abuse over many years of wear. They were so bad you could barely see the engraving. They were completely refurbished for a very small fee and look amazing. They look as if they're brand new. I appreciate Chad's helpfulness and the company doing a fabulous job on my rings. Can't say enough good things about Tropical Creations.

I'm have an owl pendant made and saw it, it's not done yet but it's looking great!
