Piilani and Davin are the best. They are customer focused, friendly, and helpful. Our schedule of courses is produced by student assistants learning layout, color, and design. When the work they submit is not quite up to commercial standards, Piilani and Davin will provide valuable feedback which is key to grooming our students for the real world of work. It's a quick process and doesn't take up their time but the impact is tremendous and much appreciated. It's people like Davin and Piilani that make a business great.

I really had high hopes for the ad space my business ran with Trade Publishing. They gave an impressive sales pitch, I must say (which accounts for the 1 star I am giving) but they failed to deliver the lofty promises the saleswoman pitched to me at our meeting. I ran a year's worth of ads using quarterly ad space in one of their publications. The pitch she gave me boasted a lofty number of subscribers that read the publications and how much more exposure I would, as a client, receive by having my ad in one of their publications. I did not get even one call or business inquiry or referral from any of the year's worth of ad space that I ran. I wish I could say otherwise. Depending on the industry you're in, it's a much better use of your advertising budget to spend sponsoring different industry groups within whatever industry you're in. Your money goes a lot further that way. Also going to the conventions and events that different industries hold (whether you're in the construction industry, wedding industry, building maintenance industry) is a much better use of funds and gets you far more exposure. Sponsoring an industry relevant group cost me what 1 ad I ran in Trade cost but I get an entire year of my logo on their website, my logo on all the events banners, my logo at all the meetings. I wish that Trade did a better job at advertising. They basically are a print service and most of the people subscribed to the magazine are only getting subscriptions because they belong to industry groups that include the subscription with membership. Most people toss it in a pile or throw it away. I wish I realized this but hindsight is 20/20. I hope in the future they diversify and do more hands-on promotion and advertising to make the high price for ad space worth it for their customers.
