Tires Today

Needed a Pirelli run flat tire and Tires Today had exactly what I needed. They even delivered it to the repair shop. Very helpful and courteous staff. Big mahalos for the great service and aloha.

My vehicle needed a front tire replaced. They were able to dispatch a technician to be at my address. Outstanding with communication and a seamless process that took less than two hours. *Overall excellent value for service needed.

My tire got burst on H1 while my husband was driving but luckily got off on the Middle Street. Mercedes has no spare tire and was trying to send a road side assistance but no one showed up for 4 hours.... It was late Saturday so we left a car for a weekend.I called Alberto Monday morning and he quickly arranged a tire and service, advised me where to have my car towed. In couple of hours, my car was back to normal and it was lot cheaper than the dealership. I told my husband and friends next time it happens again, call Alberto first so the problem will be solved right away. This is the second time he helped me. Thank you!

KALANI at TIRES TODAY went above and beyond to find out my situation, and worked to get me service quickly and conveniently. He followed up with me and was polite and professional throughout our 2-day interaction. I would highly recommend for their service alone.

Tires Today vs Costco For tires everyone says to go to Costco. Problem is... they never answer their phones! I must have called at least 5 times and then thought of just walking in but I didn't have 3 hours to kill waiting around; so, I went on my tire-changing-yelp journey! I called a few places but they were all booked or weren't very helpful. Alberto answered on the third ring at Tires Today and was very helpful! I didn't know my tire size but he was able to look it up by model & year and give me tires numbers to confirm. He was able to deliver the tires to a shop near me within an hour-- got my tires changed in 30 minutes, and invoice emailed to me (pay by phone or online). Wow!!! Price: $200 + tax including install (good year online is $140 but not including install). Awesome, friendly, and fast service !!!

Called for tires and the guy who answered was very honest about what tires I was looking for: he didn't have what I was looking for and recommended me to call Firestone. Shaloha

Long overdue review, but the hype around Tires Today is real. Like other reviews, the customer service is one of the best in any business. I needed a tire after damaging my old one. Called Tires Today at 8:00 a.m., immediately was greeted on the phone by David, and so began the process. Exchanged some text messages and by 2:09 p.m. same day, had a new tire installed. I would recommend these guys to anyone for your tire needs.

Wonderful customer service from phone to check out! KALANI was very respectful, thorough, and helpful. Tires were great quality for a very reasonable price. Location was easy to find, get in and get out. Much better than any experience I have had in Waipahu or Sand Island. 10/10 recommend!

Not wanting to wait 2 and 1/2 hours at Brodie's or all day at BMW, i decided to call Tires Today. First, Alberto was wonderful and responsive. Because Tires Today was a bit far for me to go he gave me the option of having the tire installed at a place in Kakaako called SS. The price was fair, the tire was ready when promised, and the best part: 12 minute installation time, not two plus hours or all day. Nice to see a small local business providing good service. I'll be back.
