The bartender Matt from Tipsy Tiki is the best !! He is very personal and friendly! Hands down the best I have ever encountered . Fish tacos and beer tequila combo was amazing.Matt, thank you. We will back because you , straight from California

I stopped by Tipsy Tiki for an afternoon drink with my husband, my brother, his wife, and our collective trio of small children. It was an easy spot, with as much atmosphere as is possible for a bar inside a Waikiki food court. The bar area was sectioned off and had a definite fun tiki feel, and this was nice, even though we took our drinks to one of the Kuhio Food Hall tables.The bartender was great, fast and friendly. I liked going in to order with my two-year-old, who was really feeling the vibes. My boy was wearing a Hawaiian shirt, and I enjoyed watching him sip a virgin piña colada at the tiki bar. He managed to spill a quarter of it while I took a picture (worth it), and the bartender hooked me up with plenty of napkins.The drinks were vacation perfect, frosty and tropical, the menu heavy on margaritas. I loved the Calamansi Margarita, made with tequila, calamansi juice, Agavero liqueur, honey, and spicy mango purée. Sour and refreshing with a bit of a kick. The other drinks were all frozen and slushy. The Guava Margarita came with tequila, lime, agave nectar, and guava purée, the Pineapple Margarita with tequila, pineapple syrup, lime, and pineapple juice. The Blue Hawaii was blue and pleasantly Hawaiian, made with rum, curaçao, lime, orgeat, and coconut.There's no view from Tipsy Tiki, but it's a cool, relaxing bar with cocktails that taste like an island vacation. Definitely worth a stop if you find yourself thirsty in Waikiki.

I walked up to the bar and was immediately greeted by Matt the bartender. He was super kind and friendly. I asked for a menu so I can decide if this is the place that I wanted, looked over the menu, decide to sit down. I asked for a Cadillac margarita, unfortunately, I fix my like it at first, but he did remake it for me and was perfect the second time (I am VERY picky when it comes to margaritas because I love them so much so not on him). I ordered the Local Catch fish tacos by his recommendation, and they were absolutely delicious. I did not get the rice and beans, but it was not needed, burst of flavors from the tacos. I love the music and the bar, not too loud, but also loud enough for good vibes. Seems like all of the coworkers like working with him and just all-around good vibes!! Thank you for the great experience and I may come back after my hike from Manoa falls :) Also, wanted to shout out, bartender/cashier, Jacob!! Very sweet guy with great conversation. If Matt, the bartenders, not here, it makes you go order from Jacob, because he is awesome!!

Andrea makes the most legit margarita! Tequila, lime, agave, salt, ice. Best there is. Professional, nice, and attentive. Thank you!

Matt is awesome his michelada mix is the BEST on Oahu. A great conversationalist and gave us great recommendations for the island. His vibe made our whole experience.

The best Micheladas we were here for a week and came for the yelp reviews. Have had many miches in life and this mix is by far the number 1! Matt is the best. 100% recommend

I really wanted to like this place since it seemed like a solid place to grab a drink. However I was pretty disappointed with the drinks. Sadly they were overly sweet and it made it hard to enjoy them.

The drinks here were amazing! My husband and I ordered the Lychee Margarita and the Li Hing Mui margarita. Our bartender, Matt, was also able to make an amazing Painkiller for us, as well. Probably my favorite drink from our trip!

What a pain in the ass trying toFind this place with GPS...... but once you're here have a great time, take a load off and enjoy an assortment of delicious cocktails and beers. Great decor, tiki style but in a food hall with other cool spots and such nice people. Come order a drink and enjoy aloha .

Great service, as soon as I sat down I was acknowledged and greeted. I order a Mai Tai that was very tasteful and well portioned. Matt the bar tender was knowledgeable about local favorites and knew his drinks. You can tell he was well experienced.Best Mai Tai I've had all trip as many bars served their drinks without the fruit at double the price.Highly recommended and if you see Matt working make sure you ask for the house homemade Mai Tai!
