Times Pharmacy - Honolulu

Thank you Kam Shopping Center Times Pharmacy for filling my prescription when so many others were out or wouldn't take a prescription from my doctor. All they asked was that I switch the rest of my medications to them, which is easily done. Thank you so much! It's great to know I can count on you.

I made an appointment for covid booster 3 weeks ahead of time. I spoke with Jeremy i believe he's the manager. On the day of appointment i went to the drop off window to check in for the vaccine appointment the technician on duty told me that there is NO Vaccine available and i answered her that i have an appointment today at 12noon. She went to the pharmacist on duty who is a woman(their name tags were hidden) and went to call someone on the phone afterwards the pharmacist came to me saying that "she doesn't have an immunizer for that day and she is not authorize to and not trained to give vaccines. And told me that they thought they called me to let me know that my appointment was moved to another week, which in 3 weeks from the day i made an appointment NO one calls me or informed me that they cancel /moved the appointment. These people are so unprofessional. Atleast please don't lie on a certain thing. You guys are wasting the time of people who made an effort to make an appointment on your location. I punch out early from work to get on time for my appointment. Even if this happened to anyone will be sooooo upset because we waited for almost a month to get an appointment.

A pharmacist working there was not that accommodating and very unprofessional for that kind of job she has. I'm not gonna mention her name anymore. But my experience was not good.
