Times Coffee Shop

We were between meetings and needed to find somewhere quiet to eat, discuss, and pass time. It was a great while since I had been to this coffee shop. Great choice! The coffee shop is very homey. We went for breakfast. I love the nostalgic graphics/posters on the wall. It was quiet and the server was very polite. She checked on us throughout our stay. Now, the food! Deliciousness!!! Big portion and very tasty! Wish I had one now as I write my review! It was so hearty that we all were still full at lunch! I highly recommend this quaint coffee shop.

After visiting Valley of the Temple, we came to this shopping center that's located right across the highway to check out places to eat. Saw this coffee shop and heard about their fried rice so decided to give it a try. As we entered, there were a lot of open tables...thought it would be crowded during lunch.I chose the full order of Fried Rice because a couple of people spoke highly about it. The fried rices comes with toss green salad or potato-Mac salad...I chose toss green salad but the lettuce was kind of brown...this shouldn't have been served. Also, I like my fried rice with a lot of meat...this consisted of mostly rice and small pieces of meat here and there. For a place to be known for their fried rice, it was just okay so I wouldn't order it again if I came back...not worth $14.95. I was so disappointed with my food.My husband and daughter ordered the Loco Moco...it comes with only 1 thick patty for $14.50...kind of pricey. They said it was tasty but the hamburger was tough. Was looking for breakfast and stumbled upon this shop. Came in and was welcomed and seated quickly. Decor is retro-Hawaii vibe which suits a local diner. Servers were friendly and took my order quickly. I got the loco moco and it came with toast, which was a nice side to have. The loco moco was good and standard, but I wish there were some onions or a little more seasoning on the hamburger patty, but tasted good with tabasco. Was filling and hit the spot. Will definitely be back to try the other types of loco moco they have! (Roast pork, etc)Parking: Lots of parking in the parking lot

Breakfast on Saturday, unrushed, great quality, portions good, friendly service. Views if facing windows, fantastic. If not, interesting Hawaiian themed wall hangings and photos. Server was so nice, prompt, and accommodating. When faced with a potato or fried rice choice, she offered and got me half/half. Kaneohe is a great place to live! Even before we went into restaurant. A simple act of kindness. Parking along a yellow curb that maybe was reserved for pick-ups, another restaurant's employee came out and told us that we can park there, no problem. This as my wife was just about to move car. It's a kind environment!

Friendly service, attentive wait help, great food, great portions & decent prices ! Good menu items to choose from. Nice atmosphere, very spacious !

Good diner in a small shopping center in Kaneohe. Great place for breakfast I had loco moco and a coffee really don't get much better than that. The server was super cool and kept checking on us to make sure we were good. Will be back next time I'm in the area go check them out!

Food was horrible and expensive for what you get. I ordered papaya which was $5.00 and half order of fried rice which was over $11.00 which had no meat in it. So . I make better fried rice than this place. I took the fried rice home because I couldn't eat it. It was so sweet. I'm like what the heck. So I doctored it up at home and put Portuguese sausage, Spam, mixed vegetables, garlic salt, pepper, and my secret ingredient that made it a whole lot better. My rice made it look like $11.50 fried rice. Service was okay. I asked for green tea and she repeated back to me green tea and she brings me black tea.Decor was Polynesian themed, res seemed a bit warm inside, waitresses were nice. Will not be back to this location. Best to just grab a bite from McDonalds

My wife and I dined at the Kailua Time's Coffee Shop before. I liked it but my wife didn't. So now, I was on the Kaneohe side and was all by myself and came upon Time's Coffee Shop in Temple Valley so I went in. The restaurant was half full at 10:00 AM and I was told to seat myself. Grabbed a menu so that when the server returned with my water I already knew what to order. I opted for the hamburger steak because I think all coffee shops like this has to have good hamburger steak. First I was served a big portion of mac/potato salad and it was topped with one side toasted with toast. A little strange but good. The salad needed a little salt and pepper but, I ate it just as they served it. Then I waited for quite a while until I was served my hamburger steak. They make their own patties here but, it was a little dry to me. There was also a little sweetness to the burger. They put a generous amount of grilled onions on the burgers and the gravy was very good. The bill came out to just over $15.00 and the service was friendly and efficient. The lunch was delicious enough that I will make it a point to return.

This diner or coffee shop, what ever you prefer.Is by far the best. I haven't eaten the best French toast and sausage in a while. I ordered the hot chocolate, and man it was really good. Past all regards, fried rice dealish! Great service. Survived 2020!

I'm giving 3 stars because the service is friendly with a smile. But absolutely the worst tasting bacon I have ever had. Today would be the second time I gave that bacon a chance and there will not be a third. It tasted like it was rotten before they cooked it. I ordered the fried rice with a bacon and cheese omelette and couldn't even pick away the egg around it without that taste. The fried rice is another thing others seem to rave about. But I found it too sweet with some kind of weird meat pieces in it and very little vegetables. Overall, I feel like the service is outstanding compared to the food. And with todays' prices, I just cannot consider this place an option for me anymore. Sadly, the McDonalds right there is a better tasting breakfast.
